Hello..I need to ask whether LOI amount is refundable ? Actually I signed a LOI with a franshisor company to get there franchisee. The terms of the contract were agreed by both the parties and accordingly I paid him LOI amount, which by the way was written to be NON REFUNDABLE! But the company changed it agreed terms in the written contract, which was non acceptable or in favour of the franchisee? Now when I asked them for refund, they are stating that the amount is NON REFUNDABLE!!
Isn't this case of cheating? Franchisee had full intention of working, he paid Security for outlet and also got the trade license!
Please suggest what to do? Any way I can get my amount back!

Good evening,
I need assistance with respect to the buyout notice period.
My company has a policy of serving 2 months notice period & i have completed 1 month and wanted to buy 1 month notice.
As per my knowledge every company charges the basic of the salary (Rs 17500/-) but I was shocked to hear from HR that this company will hold my gross salary (Rs 35000/-) from my full & Final settlement.
Can anyone please let me know what should i do in this situation?
I can not pay the gross salary because i can not afford to pay the gross salary because this will lead my family situation to crisis.
Please help me to understand what i can do further?

Dear expert,
My case ( husband) 125 crpc maintenance case is at the stage of cross examination and after that it will come on final argument.
In her application she has written i am unable to maintain her self. But recent for past two years she is contesting the MLA election 2017 and Gram Panchayat election 2016. I have got these election papers. inwhich she has mentioned all the information bank balance and also accepted that she is earning from tuition. I have submitted these documents in court.
my qsn. is that the court will consider these documents for deciding the maintenance ?
kindly advise some tips for final arguments.

Hi every one !
My name is simar ,I have been living in delhi in live in relationship with my boyfriend since 12 years,
Two years back we got married in Arya samaj mandir without our family constent,
And one week before I got to know that he was already married 3 years ago in his village bihar under family pressure,
I was shocked and still I am in same condition or more worse..
I always used to ask him to inform his family
But he always denied with excuses
Whenever he brought his village wife to delhi he used to say me his parents came here for doctor,
He even used my credit card to present his village wife and told me his father is in hospital that's why he needs my credit card,
He has also one daughter from her..
When I asked him about his marriage he told me he doesn't like this women and want to stay with me..
He also write the Same on paper and signed it out there,,,
Three days before he ran away with his village wife to Ahmadabad and left all his academic qualification degree at my house,
He used to call me time to time saying that he would come back to me and I should wait for him,
He is lying ..
I am in depression now ,I am totally not able to come along with this situation for me it's terrible and now getting life threatening,
What kind of action can I take against him and what kind of evidence do I need for that?
Please suggest me
I would appreciate for any help,

Sir a cheque given to my friend was bounced and my friend has executed GPA in favour of me to send notice and to file complaint on his behalf.Now from whom name and address the notice has to be sent wheather from principle or agent ?

My maternal uncles are trying to deprive us from ancestral property. they saying us very confidently that my mother has not entitle on the property. Because my mother is a married & She carrying different Family Surname. The property was registered in the of my Grandfather . Registered was done by Govt. Because that land was govt. Rehabilitation land. My Grandfather died on the year 1971. My Grandmother died. On the year 1994.
My maternal uncles are saying that Grandmother had given them . How can it possible? Has Grandmother any right to give them while the property was registered in the name of Grandfather ? They might be make some fordge documents like gift Deed & trying to contraction on that land .
Now my quary is How we move ? Can we appeal to the court for interim injunction ?
.Or
Before appeal to the court cam we lodge FIR against them?
It is possible to take anticipatory bail ?
Please.suggest me

Dears sir,
We owned DC Land 5.0 acres( The lands assigned to Depressed class people) and we are also the same caste.
In 1976, the said DC Land was acquired under Central Land acquisition act by Government for promotion of some private Industries through SIPCOT (State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited - A Govt. of Tamil Nadu Undertaking)
But now only, it is came to our knowledge
that the lands, once assigned to Depressed class people cannot be used to any other purpose. And also the said DC lands could not be acquired under Central Land acquisition act.
In this juncture, whether we could able to recover the said DC Lands from SIPCOT and what is the procedure.

Dear sir,
our land 1.07 acres was acquired by department of industries along with near about 710 acres lands for develop industrial plots in Tamil Nadu in the year 1965.
And the same lands were transferred to SIPCOT (State Industries Promotion Corporation of Tamil Nadu Limited - A Govt. of Tamil Nadu Undertaking)
Then SIPCOT developed the lands as industrial plots and allotted to the various goods manufacturing industries.
But the land 1.07 acres, which was acquired from us was not used to promote industries and the same land is kept useless by the said SIPCOT for the past 50 years. And the Title of said land is recorded in the name of SIPCOT in Revenue department accounts.
My query is,
Whether I can resume the said lands and what is the procedure to resume our lands

Can any body file a civil suit
with help of money paid receipt only for land purchase i.e. isar pawati
( notarized ) in which no other evidence available, after 2.5 yrs. ?
Will court admit it?
