A drew cheques, brother of B. B was in business affairs with C and to liquidate the balance amount B gave two cheques to C ( actually drawn by A). Notice sent to B only and only B has been made as accused in the complaint.
Is complaint maintainable?
Can a notice to brother be construed as a notice to drawer?
Can a person who has not been served with notice be arrayed as accused under section 319CrPC?

महोदय,
मेरी इंग्लिश कमजोर होने के कारण मैं अपनी समस्या हिंदी में उजागर क्र रहा हूँ. लेकिन मेरी समस्या गम्भीर होने के कारन मुझे मदद की जरूरत है. सर, मैं 29 मार्च 2015 को महाराष्ट्र पोस्टल सर्कल की पोस्टमन पद की प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण हुआ था. उसके परांत डॉक्युमेंट वेरीफिकेशन तथा मेडिकल जाँच में भी सफल रहा. हमारे स्थानीय पुलिस स्टेशन से भी वेरीफिकेशन हो गया. उसके बाद काफी दिनों के बाद भी जॉइनिंग लेटर नही आनेपर मैंने ऑफिस से सम्पर्क किया तो पता चला की डिपार्टमेंटल स्टे आया है. उसके बाद काफी दिनों तक इन्क्वायरी करने पर भी कुछ पता नही चला. उसके बाद दिसम्बर 2016 में परीक्षा को कैन्सल किया गया है और नई एग्जाम होगी ऐसा एक नोटीफिकेशन आया, अभी वेबसाईट पर एक ही नोटीफिकेशन है जिसमे लिखा है की चयन प्रक्रिया के दौरान कुछ इर्रेगुलिरिटीज होने की आशंका से इन्क्वायरी चालू है तो सभी उम्मीदवार प्रतीक्षा करे. लेकिन ये नोटीफिकेशन 10 जून 2016 से जारी होने के बाद इतने दिन होने के बावजुद हमे अभी तक कुछ भी बताया नही गया है तथा किस तरह की इर्रेगुलिरिटीज हुई इस बारे में भी कोई जानकारी नही मिली. ऑफिस में सम्पर्क करने पर भी कोई कुछ नही बताते.
तो इस विषय में मुझे क्या करना चाहिए, कृपया उचित मार्गदर्शन करे.

Dear Sir,
My sister filled a mutual consent divorce application in which my brother in law also signed the application but after wards at the time of oral confirmation he rejected and court written down the same on record.
The Mutual consent application stats that they both are living separate from 9 months and in his oral statement he confirms from 5 months. The court has given the date of six months and now i want to know in this situation what can happen and whether there needs to be 12 months separate living for mutual divorce and what next action i can take for the same?
Please suggest....

Dear Sir,
I have filled a case of Land dispute that colonizer had made a way on my land and due to some reasons my case got rejected and now i am filling an appeal for that.
I want to know when i can present the application under 41(27) as some documents left from putting on record.
Whether it needs to be filled at the time of appeal or can be presented afterwards also???
Please help.....

Can an Indian Private Company provide software services to a foreign unrelated start up company without having equity stake in such entity?? Due to financial constraint, if a debit note is issued & later such debit note is converted into preference shares in the first round of payment, whether it is possible??
Does having an overseas jv/wos in such cases is mandate?

Hi sir I need a clarification on stamp duty to be paid for registration of rectification deed in yelhanka sub register office as our original sale deed which was registered in 2003 have errors with respect to directions of the plot . Hence please clarify how much stamp duty has to be paid and what is the procedure. It's really urgent.

Hi Experts,
I would like to know what happens when anyone sends a letter to the Hon'ble CJI seeking justice?
Suppose a case in the SC was decided on emotional grounds and no merits/de-merits or reasons are mentioned in the order, can one send a letter to CJI to review the judgement.
Does the CJI even look at the letter and give any consideration to the contents especially when the letter is from common man and not a VIP or a celebrity?
