Sir i am a married woman.last year i lost my 5 months old baby.we want to adopt a child.i know one couple who have 4 children. Again her wife is pregnant . Their financial condition is not very good.we want to adopt their excepting child. By law can we adopt this baby. For your information We are hindu.

Sir,
After 11 years of working experience in a Assam State PSU APL, I have applied for a post in BCPL CPSU (Through Proper Channel) after Selecting for the new post I submitted technical resignation for joining new CPSU. I have joined in BCPL October 2011. At that time of joining in BCPL, my previous company APL pay scale was not revised and it had been revised on July, 2013 w.e.f. April,2009.
After revision my Last Basic Pay in APCL becomes Rs 31,210/-(Revised Pay in Pay Band -Rs24,910/- +Grade Pay-Rs 6,300/-) whereas my Basic was in BCPL is Rs 24,900/- at the time of joining. My previous company APCL follow CDA pattern.
On August, 2013 I have applied for Pay Protection in BCPL, since BCPL already providing pay protection to employee joining from other CPSU/Central Govt.
Since then continuous follow up/request BCPL recently replied that my pay protection does not arise since overall salary (CTC) in BCPL more vis-a vis APL.
However as per my knowledge BCPL provided pay protection to other CPSU like HPCL/Central Govt Employee whose CTC is less than BCPL, in that considering only Basic and DA
i request the experts to give their valuable opinion for which i will be thankful to them.

Myself Rakhi, Iam an Asst. HR in a manufacturing firm. I have a doubt relating to the date of experience certificate of an employee. He was joined on 21st August 2013, but he was confirmed on 1.06.2014. which date is put on his Experience Certificate. Please help me. it was very urgent.

Hello sir. I want to discuss with you about the tenants and their rights related to tenant evictions. The tenant has rent of 2,500₹ per month in 2017 and he has been a tenant for more than 35 years, starting rent was different and it has increased to 2,500₹ now. I want to know how the tenant can save himself from eviction and for how much time the tenant is safe from eviction. Sir,
I am petitioner filed for final decree proceedings served notice duly to the defendant to come for metes and bound. The defendant filed vakalat and not filed counter affidavit inspite of five long adjournments. My counsel adivsed me he will inform me when the counter is filed in CMO office by the defendant.
Please advise me how much time is given to the defendant to file counter and what to do if the counter is not filed by the defendant.

i need to know in consumer case when notice has been served by the Registrar of the state commission enclosed the copy of the appeal and also stating that in default of your appearance the decision will be exparte
my query is can an advocate ask the judge to serve him the notice of the complaint stating that he has not received the notice from
the forum.because the notice is already served to him

Hello,
I know this might be a bit of an odd query but please help me out.
I am a grain merchant and sent a truck full of grains to a buyer in Bihar. Now, in the bill that I sent along, I mistakenly entered the wrong TIN number of the buyer. Although it is only a single digit error in the TIN number.
My truck has now been stopped by the officials at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. They are demanding a 40 penalty which would amount to a large sum of money.
Is there a way that I can rectify my error or do I have to shell out 'Lakhs' for a single digit error in my bill?

Tenant not vacating property
Dear sir
I m shobhit from varanasi uttar pradesh.
My father inherited a shop under my home..there was a tea seller in that shop who was paying 300 rs in year 2000 to my father's grand mother..
After passing of grand mother of my father , he asked him to raise rent but the tenant refused and started depositing only rs 30 per month in the court.
My father file a case but some how lost caSe..
My father died in 2014 and tenant also died in 2015.
Now the tenants son is opening shop..when is asked him to pay rent he still say that he will only deposit in court.
He is also not ready to renew rent lease.
I want to vacant my shop..
I want to know that can he update his name on shop without my permission..
Is he legally hier of the shop.
Pls suggest.
