We are Agra based company. We had filed a Civil suite for recovery of dues from a Delhi based Company. The defendant filed the Written Statement without authorisation from the Board of Director's resolution. Our lawyer did not file the objection nor did the learned judge in the High Court noticed it. Even at the time of Cross examination, their employee did not produce the Board Resolution inspite of asking my junior lawyer. I believe that their lawyer/s don't have the authorisation. My new lawyer has filed a request for additional issues in this regard. Case is in arguments stage. Can we raise these issues at this stage.Guidance & advice from all of you will

What if the mutual agreement made between the three brothers regarding a Bunglow property is not registered on that date.

A bunglow at Rajasthan Udaipur stands in the name of one brother and there are three brothers in the family. 22 years ago a mutual agreement was made between those 3 brothers regarding the partition of the family and in that all of them agreed to share all expenses and income of the bunglow equally and in future if they sell the bunglow all the proceeds will be divided equally but now one of the brothers is violating that condition which was written on the Rs. 50 stamp paper theyre not sharing any rental income earned since the last 30 years and also they're trying to sell out the property without the 3rd brothers consent. What is the remedy for the third brother in this situation.

Is it true that bail money is forfeited if the case is quashed?
The accused was arrested and subsequently enlarged on bail. Thereafter the accused QUASHED the criminal proceedings against him.
Can his surety/bailor get back the bail money?

In a s 138 ni act case, complainant is a stranger to the accused. Accused believes that he does not know accused. So he want to prove it. Whether some photos can be seen to the complainant to identify the accused from it. What is the provision.?

Can a central government employee play the role of content writer for any political party (regional political party) ?
1)What does the rule say ? any idea ?
2)Still its not sure whether the regional political party will give any money for content writing or not. Can a central government employee play that role ?

Hello.
I am married to a muslim woman from last 1.5 years. We are living happily and our families had also agreed to our marriage.
But the problem is we live as a nuclear family in a city but belong to a village in other state.
My father has just retired from the army and we will be shifting to our village soon.
The Problem is that I don't want my relatives and friends in village to know that my wife is a muslim. If they get to know this there will be big trouble in the village or even a threat to our life.
To make sure that this doesn't happen I want to change my wife's muslim name to a hindu name. I just want to change her name and not her religion.
I want to know how I can do it, is it possible to change her name to a hindu name without changing religion? And if this is possible what is the procedure to do it and how much it will cost.
I would be really obliged and grateful to receive a reply.

cheating and married by giving information of marital status
Hi, my friend she was married in arya samaj in april2014 with not complete willingness (kind of emotional blackmailing by guy and his family) after 6 mnth she applied for divorce . While the case was in court she got to know that her husband was a divorcee which he didn't mentioned in arya samaj marriage registration form (wrote unmarried) and nor submitted divorce decree of his previous marriage as per arya samaj marriage registration form. Will it be considered as cheating and put cheating case while divorce case is in court.he is working as a manager in some company. Please guide what should be gone. Thank you
