Respected Sir / Madam,
Could you please let me know whether sanctioned plan approval number for an apartment under municipal limits in chennai needs to be definitely mentioned in the construction agreement or is it optional? Currently, construction agreement draft version states that the builder would get approval from the competent authority/ies but it doesn't specify the approval reference number. Would it be fine to exclude the number? Request all to throw light on this. Thank you.

Hi, my wife's father has a tenacy room after his intestate death she and her other sister signed one affidavit to transfer tenancy rent receipt in elder brother simulteneously brother has signed other affidavit declaring that we three i.e two sister and himself are owner of said room if it disposed off both sister has their share of considerable amount.now he is dead after disposed off said room but his son denying to give their share.so your valuable advice is requested.what is use of affidavit signed in presence of presidency magistrate by her brother.

Even though state election commission is an statutory body, do they not need to obtain approval of government for entering into contracts?

My father native of Karnataka and having OBC certificate from Karnataka Govt. I studied in Telangana from 1st std to 12th and born in Karnataka and we have been leaving in Telangana from last 18 yrs and having Telangana govt ration card. My school TC caste mentioned as BC - B based on the certificate issued by Telangana Govt. Now I want to get a OBC-NCL certificate to submit central IIT institutes. The Tahsildar rejecting application by saying that other state students are not eligible to get OBC-NCL certificate from Telangana govt. My annual income Rs.350000/-. Can I eligible to get this certificate from Telangana Government. Kindly help me.

My name is jayendra chunara and I work in a psu bank , i want to change my surname from chunara to GHEEWALA because majority of my family members like uncle aunt cousins have gheewala surname as per our family business and native place, now my question is , all my documents till date is in chunara surname and now I want my surname change through gazzate notified
So won't it create much problem to change surname in my all kyc and educational certificates and I belong to OBC so won't it affect my reservation status ? And at last how I may change surname after gazzate notification in my organization can they oppose or take any action against me ? Nd will my children get reservation status of obc if I get my surname changed
Kindly help me on all above points

A person filed a false SC/ST case against us at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. I live in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh.I was born in Visakhapatnam. My query is where can I apply for anticipatory bail at District Sessions Court at Srikakulam? or District Sessions Court at Visakhapatnam? or District Sessions Court at Guntur? or Highcourt at Hyderabad?

My wife had worked in an establishment less than a decade.
(Date of joining:1.10.2006
Date of leaving:1.7.2016
Total Years: 9.9 years only
Breaking days-310 days.
Total Years without breaking days: 8.9 years only.).
She applied to get back her full amount. But she got a partial pf amount only on January month as 1.10 lakhs only and they (Epfo) insisted her to the scheme certificate instead of the rest of the pf amount ( may be comes above 55 thousand rupees & around a lakh rupees). She wants to close her pf account for full pf amount withdrawal. Because we need this amount for our daughter's marriage purpose which is to be held within three months. So what should she do for getting back the full pf amounts? I request you to help her to get back her full pf amounts.

My friend has filed a case against 2 persons regarding an assault. The stage of case is FIR has done,accuseds got bailed after 1 month in session court and chargesheet yet to be submit to the court. In this case the accuseds are from government employees so they are worried about their JOB and they are convincing my friend to get compromised. Evidence has been collected,

Dear Sir,
Recently being selected in Central Govt Job but now i need to be filled Police Verification attestation form in which columns like have any case pending against you? Any Detention & etc ,Now I am in worried that because before some time a false 498a being filed against my brother and I also being a accused in that false report and because of this I am in detention for mere 24-38 hours ,after all these things mentioned in polic Verification attestation form lead to any candidature cancellation or it's just Ok .
Kindly Help i am in great fear and have lossing faith over indian democracy that even being not involving in any manner and just because mere name written in false complaint will it means that it will ruined my career completely if yes then what's the mean to live in such nonsense way..................I am the person whi clears an difficult exam by studying very hard and now because of just nonsense law it will allow to ruined my carrer...............
