Hi,
We are currently drafting bylaws for our apartment association.
I would like to get opinion of expert lawyers here on the point whether current management committee in the apartment association should be allowed to run in the next term or should they wait for gap of 1 term ?

This is regarding my father in law's property. My grand father in law came to India after partition and got land from govt (L&DO) . My grand mother in law died during partition riots. He had 2 sons A and B( my father in law) and one daughter C
My grand father in law died in 1985 without leaving any will. His elder son A married with D had 4 daughters W,X,Y and Z. Mr A died in 2004. His sister C is unmarried. W,X,Y abd Z are married. My father in law (B) has got a registered relinquishment deed for the property from all legal heirs ,ie, C,D,W,X,Y,Z. Does this relinquishment deed serve the purpose of transferring the title of the property to my father in law (B) or anything else needs to be done

Sir, I got a education loan from bank of India in the year of 2009-13.the loan amount is 3 lakhs.Now the total loan with interest is 5 lakhs.I want to pay the amount through one time settlement scheme.is there is any scheme available like this

Sir, my father is working in post office since 2005 as group D employee. His age is 57 years. Now he wants to take retirement due to medical issues, but doesn't know the procedure. Please sir tell if he is eligible or not. If yes, then please tell the process. His original retirement is in May 2020 and now its 12-13 year of job. Thanks

I filed a criminal complain before First Class Magistrate under section 19(b) of Environment Protection Act after giving notice of 60 days to concern authorities in prescribed format.A govt Company officers were made party accused in complaint.Which was dismissed by learned Magistrate on the ground that National Green Tribunal has taken cognizance of the matter. I challenged the same before Hon'ble High Court under section 482 which was dismissed by Hon'ble High Court stating that responsible officers of the company may not be prosecuted without making company a party in proceedings. May a second criminal complaint be filed before First Class Magistrate making company a party because previous complaint was dismissed on default and court has not taken cognizance on merit.

My grandfather rec a 10 Acer land in 1996 .by govt of maharastra ,he was a freedom fighter . Right now we all register our name in 7/12 . Still our land in varg 2 kabil kaargar,
So I want know how can I sale this land and how I convert it varg 1. Is there any possibility .

ORDER BELOW EXH. 3 IN ANTICIPATORY BAIL
APPLICATION NO. 1283 /2017.
1. Perused application.
Heard Ld. counsel Shri. J.A. Azmi, for applicants.
2. Ld. counsel for the applicants submitted that applicant no. 1 is husband of complainant Shilpa, whereas applicant no.2 and 3 are close relatives
of accused no. 1 Somu Anand Ramteke. Marriage between applicant no. 1 and complainant was solemnized on 20th June, 2012. After marriage, she came to the house of her husband for cohabitation at Mira Road.
It is alleged by the prosecution that accused in furtherance of their common intention, subjected her to cruelty, beaten her, abused and threatened her. Complainant was never illtreated, but after about 8 months of the marriage, she was left to her parent's house at Sakoli, Dist. Bhandara. Though several attempts were made to bring
her back, she did not turn to her matrimonial house.
3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing is to be recovered from the applicants. Hence, in my view, custodial interrogation of applicants is not necessary and interim protection can be granted. Hence, the order.
ORDER
1] In the event of arrest of applicants namely Somu Anand Ramteke, Sumedh Anand Ramteke and Smt. Jyoti Anand Ramteke, they be released on P.R. bond of Rs.20,000/each with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount each in C.R. No. I of 218 of 2017, Kashimira police station, for the offences
punishable under section 498A, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., on following conditions.
a) The applicants shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required.
b) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
c) The applicants shall not leave Konkan region without the previous permission of the Court.
d) The applicants shall not commit any other offence or similar offence.
2] Issue showcause notice why adinterim
anticipatory bail should not be confirmed. R/o. 25.05.2017.
