Hello respected ppl,
I am vijayabhanu who posted my family issue on 27 march 2016. Now I have an rcr case from my husband and I filed divorce but when court sent the papers to his correct address it is bouncing back. His mother is not receiving the papers and my husband is in Delhi still studying but did not gave any address for any correspondence. He is not picking up the phone. The university ppl is not giving any details of him. Now until he receives the divorce papers the case is extended every time. He once said that he will drag the case. Wat should I do?

I was challanned by police for breaking the signal . I accept that as it was done unknowingly as I was following gps . As I just crosses the line , the light turned red . I still accept . Unfortunately i did not had pollution and insurance copy with me . Also they issued against dangerous driving which I totally disagree as on ref light u can maximum have speed of 5 to 10 km/hr . So I have given a court date . So my question is there any way where I can submit my chalaaan and get my documents before date ? And also if I am
Not in town on the court date ? Is there any alternative for that ? Court is Delhi Rohini .

If only registration of marraige is done without social marraige and solemnization of the same then will it be a valid marraige or registration will become invalid? Is it necessary to do social marraige on the same day of marraige registry to make the registry a valid one . please reply.
I m working in NIMHANS Bangalore as a staff nurse. Here we have signed a compulsory bond for 5 years. I would like to know whether any possibility of bond transfer or breaking of bond in order to join another government institute withount giving compensation(3lakhs). There is no provision mentioned in bond rules and regulations. This compulsory bond obstrucing many of the staff to better carreer opportunities under govt of India itself. There is no other staffs having bond in nimhans. Even in India by law, bond taking in private hospitals are prohibited. Please suggest your expert opinions .

Housing society maintenance fees
Dear Experts,
I am a member of a housing society, we members have decided maintenance charges as below:
For flats with families = Rs.2000/-
For Flats with Bachelors/Students = Rs. 2800/-
these charges have been decided based on the usage of common services, the members who have rented flats to bachelors/students are now not agreeing to pay the decided charges. they say this difference is against the bylaws. I want to know if society can decide its maintenance charges or not?
how can we reply to the members who are in disagreement of this?
Please advice.

Pankaj Patil
