I have executed sale agreement in Delhi with joint sellers Husband and his wife with the condition of payment to be made within 30 days. Advance Payment was made to them through online. I have arranged my balance payment to settle the transaction through taking home loan from bank and bank has disbursed the loan in my loan account. Also I have paid e-stamp duty and registration fee as per circular rates applicable in Delhi few days before registration. But in my case, Seller's wise is seriously ill and admitted in hospital and was got operated.
The time period ends (30 days) on Saturday. There after is Sunday. I have also communicated to seller for registration through whats app. In this situation what is remedies available to Sellers and Buyers? What will be the remedies if in case of death of wife? Please Guide

I have filed the manitenance petition u/s 125 crpc and I am professionally qualified but jobless as i am very weak and in to depression due to my unsuccessful marriage which last only for 2 months and my husband has thrown me out from his home and now i am residing at my parent's home. My husband is saying and given affidavit that he is 8th standard pass and ern only 8000 and live at one room on rent and could not pay maintenacee. Could you guide how to get interim maintenance. Also suggest some good lawyers for my case as my lawyers doesnot argue much and stand silent in the court and also now he is saying that you will not get any maintenance as he is earning only 8k and he has able to maintain himself only. Please give some judgemnts which can help my case at tis hazari

I m staff nurse in nimhans joined in 2008. in 2014 i joined for heigher education Msc nursing under deputation through open entrance examination. I finshed the course in 2016 july. After finishing i joined back to duty and applied for qualification based pay based on the om noA.11017/4/2008-N issued by ministry of health and family welfare... But institute denied this allowance
I filed rti to ministry and confirmed that this om and allowances are still existing...but nimhans is not ready pay me qualification based pay...what should i do to get this benefit? I feel like i m deserving it ...i want your expert advice on this matter..kindly guid me with suitable legal support

I am working with one of the German MNC. I joined this company On 23dec,2012 for contractual job of few months in place of a female employee who went on maternity leave.
On 4th may, 2013 the company decided to make me a permanent employee for another good position due to my good work.
Now due to some reasons company is closing down its operations on 17th october, 2017 and have given me a notice period of 3months i.e.(1.06.2017-31.08.2017)with 2months salary for september and october and that also i will get only if i will stay till 31st august 2017 otherwise nothing.
I just wanted to ask,am i elligible for the gratuity or any other benefits.

Sir, it was on 30 May 2017 when a private cab was standing into the society premises to recieve me. Looking at the cab the society secretary had a very bad fight with me and he also abused my wife. The matter was over then and there but the vengence remained in his mind. Now as I have decided to leave the house, the secretary is not allowing any of my truck inside the building and threatning me with words like 'Kat Dalunga'. Me and my brother are business partners. Three years ago I met with an accident and was bedridden for almost a year.
Meanwhile my brother took over all the business by starting the same in his wife's name.
The property used for the business is owned by me and my brother.
Now can I demand rent for the property used or any other solution as the profit earned in last three is not shared

I availed Home Loan from a Public Sector Bank and all the payment is clear and the Bank ought to have returned me the Original Deed of my Flat.It was under process for last six months. Suddenly I have received a letter from the Bank which says my Deed of the Flat is mortgaged for a loan by somebody and the Bank has sought confirmation from me as a routine matter.On enquiry it is found that it is a fraud case and some body within the Bank has colluded with the borrower.Met advocates who advise to file criminal case against Bank, its Officials and the borrower.Went to Police Station and the Police say they would not accept FIR against Bank, Bank Officials and they need prior approval from government to proceed against government officials. Is it right? What to do Sir ?

Name change after marriage in adhar
Hi Experts
I need your valuable legal advice.
I am a Hindu girl married to a Sikh man residing in Delhi.
Our marriage took place in a Gurudwara in Patiala in the year 2010. The gurudwara issued us a marriage certificate.
All this while I never got my name changed in any official document as I didn't feel the need.
I visted to got my address changed in my adhar card and asked the Adhar person based my marriage certificate could change my name too which he changed in my adhar card after verifying the gurdwara marriage certificate.
As of date my adhar card has been updated with my new surname and address.
My query is based on my Adhar card details can I apply for change in name of my passport ,pan card or will I have to submit a court marriage certificate.
My current palce of residence is New Delhi but my marriage took place at Patiala in 2010, so if I apply for a court issued marriage certificate where should apply and with what documents.
Also are marriage certificates issued by Gurudwaras accepted for name change.
Please clarify.
