What can I do now

I am glad to inform that we have received permission to start pre-primary school as I mentioned in my previous queries.
The name of the school is Hubballi International School which is a unit of St. Francis Trust.
Now we would like to enter into a 11 months service contract and would like to seek your suggestion and guidance whether should I make the service contract between the teacher and St. Francis Trust or between teacher and Hubballi International School.
What kind of agreement is appropriate?
Service Contract or Contract or Agreement. Appreciate your Guidance in this matter.

One of my friend presently working as manager in taxation. He wants to do law degree after that enroll at state bar council as advocate.
My Query is it possible?
working employee can do law degree.
If He got degree can do enroll at state bar council practice as advocate ?
My thought is some restriction in enroll at state bar council.
So Kindly advice in this regard.

I am a property Consultant, I arranged one office for my client for their computer classes. But 4 months prior to lock in period expires the property is ceased by Bank for owners failure to pay the EMIs. My question is What is the amount can be claimed for the 4 months unused lockin period. How to claim the business losses due to this sudden change of address for my client ? How to bring them to law for the false promises they were making to us for last 6 months regarding the notices received from Banks. Request guide as we need to meet the owner and to claim losses from them immediately.
Request help with suitable solution.

My wife took away my two daughters of ags 5 and 3.5 a month ago. Our marriage omis more than 7 years old now. Courts are closed nowadays. How can I meet my kids? Can police help? Or shall I wait for schools to get open next month?

A person is missing from Jan 2007. For civil death a suit has been filed in civil court in 2014 by the son of that missed person but after passing 3 years case is still pending. Is any other way to get the death certificate? A plot is registered with that missed person and son of missed person wanna sell it due to some financial problems. Please suggest best and quicker way! Thanks

I was in the relationship with my boyfriend for past 4 years, we both engaged with us so much, but in some circumstances he entered into media field,slowly he avoided me and told the reason that am too possessive on him am torchering him,we both are 20 years old only, he is my uncle's son.family members also separated us. If I lodge a complaint means I know it will not valid because 21 is the right age to marry for boys.all my friends family everyone knows abt our relationship so it's impossible to forget him am mad on him,there are six months for him to complete 21 years.if I lodge a complaint against him after six months is it valid? Will they marry him with me? I can't live without him already tried of suicide but my friend told me that there can be justice by lodging Complaint however and whatever I want to live with my boyfriend without him I can't live,pls tell me if I lodge complaint they will marry him without his approval

Are police complaints public documents
I have submitted copy of police complaints and statement given by opposite party which I had got through rti,but opposite party objected saying it cannot be exhibited as the copy are not properly certified( stamp of police station but no true copy stamp). I asked for another certified copy but the concerned police station is saying they distroyed the record as it was old.
How am I suppose to prove the complaint copy further ,also can summoning the concerned PIO when the document record are distroyed help me to prove the documents?
