Hello This is imtiaz I want to ask about deed of appointment of trusteeship if one trustee is alive so he can appoint in trusteeship true registered deed of appointment in mumbai registrar office if that deed of appointment is registered in registrar office in mumbai and already appointed three more trustee in trusteeship true registered deed and the change report is already pending in wakf so that one trust again he can remove this three new trustee from trusteeship and that old trustee can remove this three new trustee from trusteeship and he can appoint some another new trustee in this trusteeship

Hi,
I will be glad if some one can educate me about this issue.
I would like to file a petition about a person who obtained police job in Scheduled Tribe(ST) Quota in Andhra Pradesh by providing fake details.
He belongs to an upper caste (OC, which doesn't have any reservation).
He has been working in the police department for over 26 yrs now.
He has 2 daughters and he mentioned their caste as (OC which doesn't have any reservation ).
We filed an RTI asking for his caste under which he obtained the police job and we got a reply stating that he joined in ST Quota.
We also have evidence that his daughters belong to Upper Caste (Proof: caste mentioned in 10th Grade Certificate).
I would like to know to whome i should address the petition to , Since he is working in police department attached to SP office i would like to address it to the top most officials so that no Goof-up would be done after filing the petition.
I would also like to know if there is any Risk for me in filing this petition.
This person is very aggressive in Nature and has a Criminal Case Registered against his name.
I will be more than happy if someone can give me the necessary Information as how to and where to file the petition so that strict action would be taken on this.

Dear Sir, Our apartment Vasathi Anandi is a gated community with 7 Blocks in Hyderabad. Recently our residents tried to form an association, for that all residents got a notification that we will form association so please nominate yourself for different posts but one member from each block. And the selection process would be like from Top to Button stating from President, Vice President, General Secretary, Asst General Secretary, Treasurer, Asst Treasurer. However I nominated as President from my Block B and another guy also nominated himself for General Secretary and Treasurer. But as per condition if I will win election so the guy nominated himself for other two posts would be disqualify as per One Block One Post. But similarly in another Block D, one lady was standing for Asst General Secretary and one guy for Treasurer. But that lady was standing unanimous as there is no contestant. So as per our by law, one block one post. The lady selected for this by default as no contestant against her. But some people wanted another guy who stands for Treasurer. As his position comes later so he is Technical out as lady won by default. But our election committee is changed the rule at last moment and asked this lady to resign and she also did it and so they selected Treasurer which is against our ByLaws. So sir in that case what the laws said and what kind of action can be taken.

Dear sir
I file a consumer complain agaonst mobile company along with supporting evidence with list of documents. Now the matter is on the stage of arguments. Consumer forum not give the exhibit numbers to the documents produce with the list i.e copy of bill of mobile etc... Forum given number all other thing i.e. main complain affidavite list of documents etc. except documents produce with list. Might be due to not giving application for giving exhibit numbers. What should i do?

I am a Railway employee, challenged my transfer order dated 26.09.2011 in CAT Calcutta prior to its implementation. Hon’ble CAT ordered to first join and finally dismissed the application in the year 2014. Immediately CAT’s order was challenged in High Court, Calcutta in the year 2015. Since my joining to the new place of posting in 2014, Railway took several illegal actions and finally removed me from service in May/2016. All actions of Railway brought to the notice of Hon’ble High Court through supplementary affidavits and my removal notice has stayed in the year July/2016 but Railway did not allow me to perform my duty. In a hearing on 22.06.2017 Hon’ble High Court allowed me one week time to decide, either cancellation of transfer order or cancellation of removal notice. My Lawyer advised me to choose cancellation of transfer order because all action taken afterward would be null and void automatically. But according to my experiences Railway would not agree to reinstate me. Please let me know is there any judgment in support of my Lawyer’s opinion.

Respected sir,
We have sold our anchestral property to a developer.Agreement was done for some cash and one flat.As per agreement cash part is already received.now one flat we have to get.expenditure of registration of flat in our name to be done by developer or not? Are we suppose to get alottment letter of the flat by the developer?

Sir, I m a son of first wife of my father and we are hindu. My father did second marriage to a muslim girl. Our grand father is with us they want to give all the property to my mother so Is there any possibilities to do this and the property that my father buyed, how it will be distributed among my mother and his second wife that is muslim. Is my father have any right to sale property or give to his second wife. Please! Sir clear my all the confusions...
