Dear all,
I Am looking for your advice as a cooperative housing society member & as a current secretary of the society.
1) Some of the members did not issued their share certificates by the chief promoter & first committee after the society has been formed.There might be various reasons for that.
Do let me know if there is any process to issue a share certificate to them & what kind of documents should we ask them to provide to complete this activities.
2)What are the resolutions of the vehicle parking if there is insufficient parking's & about parking charges or deposits to be collected against parking.
Also noticed that available stilt parking's are already sold by the chief promoter & first committee to the respective members. Can they sell it to anyone as a ownership of that stilt parking or its the part of the society and can claim on that parking?
3)Heir-Ship procedure
Do let us know the process so that the respective flats can be transfers on to particular names as per legal process

My ex girlfriend registered a complaint at local police station us 354d, 509, 506 and 66E of IT Act. I was granted bail by the magistrate. I want to know whether the said FIR can be withdrawn or cancelled? my career is at stake and dont want to get involved in this court case. is there any way out to settle the case immediately.

Dear Sir,
My CC account got NPA in 2013 and bank got symbolic possession same year. this year bank applied at tehsildar (collector) for physical possession and applied at DRT. i may get the notice from collector within day or 2 to vacant the premises.
what is the procedure for physical possession? what is our right to fight against this appeal? how should i react to the physical possession process?
please assist me.

Unfortunately i have fallen with cancer just 2 months post my joining. This was relapse and i never knew that cancer has this DNA of repalse. I have well informed my employer about my illness and treatment plan. Post getting assurance of medical coverage as treatment cost was quite high compare to regular coverage and assured for fair accomodation once i come back i have gone ahead with treatment. However as predicated by my treating doctor i could not recover within stipulated time frame. Here post all medical test and reports doctor has indicated for full recovery within 3 months of surgery and chemo and radiation therapy. Hence i have accordingly communicated my Company HR and senior. Since i have fallen under huge financial debt despite being not recoverd i decided to join office and post submitting medical fitness certificate prior to my joining duties i have fallen with critical infection which lasted for months and unfortunately again i have to stay confined at home. But post 3 months though my infection is yet to recover i decided to join off and now my employers is not interested in hiring me back. One of the main reason for this is as i have gone partial dumb as cancer as affected my ability to speak badly and i hadci very resposible job at managerial level. They are of opinion my inability to make proper communication with different department and subordinate will have greater effect on business hence they are not interested in employing me anymore. They already have got my replacement the day i have taken medical leave. I have not been paid salary for many months and i have furnished my employer with all relevant medical documents each time of my illness. Now with huge debt burden and due to cancer and since my ability to speak had been badly affected my livelihood has become a huge challenge. My employer ( HR department)is discading all my communication straight away and not respoding to my sms or mails.

Sir, we had a land of 2.38 cents . We sold 1.85 cents in that land as we have debt. Document writer doesn't change boundaries as my father is illiterate. Now, we have applied for survey. We paid challan 2 times . It's already 8th year. Can we put a case in the consumer court ?.

i have purchase the land from my vendor by going through all necessary document, wherein in the year 1998 partition suit field by his vendor and allowed later in the year some other heirs field and allowed and in Finale decree proceeding get comprised. later in the year 2013 some one legal heir field again partition suit claiming for partition and injuncation, which is not in the notice of my vendor and to me and i purchased the property. now they imp-leaded in the suit and field my written statement. but now they are interfering with my peaceful possession can i file injuncation suit against them.

My father's land area difference between document and patta. as per document 17 cents, as per patta 13.5 cents. now sub-registrar not accepting,when my father giving settlement to me. 1977 registered document.pls advice to further process

No pay for 5 to 6 months but pay slips are generated
Most of the employees in my organization had not been paid partly or fully for past 6 plus months but payslip is being generated for the full salary (TDS also being detected). No insurance is being paid for the employees and PF is also not paid on time.Even the payslips are not generated on time.
Is this legally acceptable???
How can i apptoach this legally?
