Hello all,
On my 10th markscard and on all my personal id my name is CHANDRASHEKHAR MORE But when i went to maharashtra for further studies from 12th to my post graduation(MBA) my name on all markscard is as MORE CHANDRASHEKHAR RAMESHRAO its because of the name format in maharashtra i.e. surname first, so it will cause any issue in future..........
Please reply for the same as i got confused about this name formats used in different states��..

I am a third year mechanical engineering college dropout student.
Since 2015 i am appearing for Second and third year exams but I am still unable to pass my examinations.
And then I decided to leave this engineering course.
But problem is this
College is not giving back my original documents that I submitted at the time of admission. And therefore I am feeling hopeless without any qualification certificates because they want to claim remaining 80,000 fees of 4th year.
Please suggest me something so that I may get my documents back

My brother retired as head master from primary school in uttar pradesh on March 2016 but was not paid gratuity after putting service of more than 30 years on the plea that he is being retiring at the age of 62 instead of 60 and he is not eligible for gratuity.
My question is really he is not eligible for gratuity retiring at the age of 62. Govt. Has made retirement age of teachers 62 now what will the benefits at superannuation is he eligible for gratuity or not. Thank

I purchased a plot from Satya developers at Indore in Malwa County town ship in the year 2008. बिल्डर at the time of purchase in his tripartite agreement or in payment schedule did not asked any maintanance charges. Developer gives a letter of possession in year 2010 June and in this letter he ask to pay holding charges and maintanance charges after two month of the date of possession letter. I have paid the amount then and get the plot registered in my favor on 2013 मार्च. Now डेवलपर is charging 0.40 pc per Sq. Ft maintanance charges. At the time of registry he took my signature of an agreement regarding maintanance but copy of that not handed over to me. He has given some notice for payment of such charges on my old address but was not received by me. I have given a request to change address one notice was send by him on new address but not received. He has not made any phone call and not giving any email on my email. I was not aware of demand. On June 2017 by his email I came to know his demand and asking interest from 2013 also. 1) Now my question is Can he ask for maintanance charges as per law @0.40 pc Sq ft. From the date of letter issued for possession or date of registry or he is not eligible to ask for.
2) Can he ask for interest for such period where demand not served.
3) in original browser not maintioned about such charges and also in tripartite agreement not maintained about this.

Hi ,
I want to know if we need to get a license for running a game parlour in Tamil Nadu. I have searched under Tamil Nadu Trade regulation act, but i did not see any information on Recreational or indoor gaming License.
If i have registered under UDYOG, will that be enough ?

Sir, I am working in Delhi High Court since 2013 as Junior Judicial Assistant in the pay band of (5200-20200+GP 2800/-) and while working I have applied for the post of Stenographer in the pay band of (5200-20200+GP 2400/-) through DSSSB in 2013 intimating for the same to my parent office. And I got selected for the post of Stenographer, Grade - III in DSSSB and relieved technically by the Worthy Hon'ble Chief Justice of Delhi High Court to join my new assignment in Directorate of Education.
Now, I have applied for pay protection in my current department i.e. Directorate of Education where it is not clarified that
(1). whether the Delhi High Court comes under Central Government, State Government, Central Autonomous Body, State Government Autonomous Body or Autonomous Body;
(2) Whether Delhi High Court Employees who got selected in Central Government or State Government through Direct Recruitment are eligible for Pay Protection, counting of past services benefits or not? If yes, under which FR Rules my pay should be protected. (Copy of Dopt Orders if, available)?
My Basic pay as on as on 31.12.2015 was 9630+GP-2800/- in Delhi High Court and in Directorate of Education I am selected in the GP of Rs. 2400/-.

Enquiry regarding job availability
Sir i was charged under excise act 68/1/14 for drinking in college 4 years back. I was taken to the district and sessions court, where i was fined 200 rs , which i paid in front of CJM ,the next day..Now, i want to know whether i can get a govt job , under this case ? I am preparing for SSC and Bank jobs. Plz reply... In case if not, what steps should i take to make myself eligible, as i am on verge of getting a good reputed central job.. PLz Help
