Dear Expert,
I have asked my advocate to hand over the brief of my civil suit and sign the NOC. Since, more than a year, I noticed that he was not handling my case with reasonable sincerity. Moreover, I found him short of professional ethics. So, I want to hand over the case to some other advocate, referred by one of my friends. But, neither, he is handing over the brief, nor, he is giving consent for NOC. Unnecessarily, he is buying time. A week back, there was a court date. He never appeared and asked for his fees for the day. Next date of the Hearing has been fixed by the court after 3 months. In this way, he is lingering the case. So, What should I do in this situation, that, he is not relieving himself from the civil suit filed by me.? The jurisdiction is, Kolkata. Till date all my advocate's fees has been cleared by me.

I issued a cheque to a person to whom I met first time in October 2015 under a MLM scheme of an amount of 121200 .. Earlier I visit his home town for a seminar( organized by him & conducted by me ,my friend and him ... And pay rs 12000 cash there for MLM scheme.. After few days he asked us to join with big MLM Id on amount of Rs 121200 so issued a cheque on his name and ask him to produce after few days but during that period we come to know that it's fake MLM Company so we ask him to not produce the cheque but person produce the cheque in bank ( problem is that we don't take this seriously that time and requested bank for stop payment) then person file a legal case against me ...
I transferred from my home location due to my job requirements so that till date summons not delivered at my end and now he moved case to lok adalat ...
Please suggest the way forward.

Dear Sir,
One of my family friend is working in HPCL (Hindustan Petro Chemicals Ltd). At the time joining he submitted all his certificates which includes date of birth. Due to mistake of HR department the age mentioned wrong. Now he is retiring 2 years earlier because of department mistake. Next month(August 31st) he is retiring from his service. Before that he requested all officers to correct the mistake. But no use. HR Department Officials said that you would have applied it 5 years back, know there is no chance. Is there any chance to file a case against department to postpone his retirement. will he get justice for this?
Give me your valuable suggestion So that he will proceed.

As per low my a/C now NPA but already l can deposit 7 EMI at a time but bank said paid with interested other wise a/C will treated NPA

I am a senior citizen. I have bought house where I was born &grew. This house was on we by my uncle. I had allowed my mother to stay in this house in a town. On humaterian ground my sister's children were allowed to stay in that house. My mother has expired. My sister's children are not only refusing to vacate, they have attempted to murder me twice. The FIR &cases are in court. They have filed a civil suit claiming that my mother has gifted this house to them . Non of my parents were owner of this house,any time.
Can I go to DC, Get my house evicted with court verdict, under ruling do Delhi court on 28 Feb 2017. ,For eviction of house of senior citizen.

If the second APPEAL not admitted by the honorable High Court can't we file appeal in the supreme court. Kindly give me a clarification on this.

Please guide me on following situation
MC filled on 10th Dec 16 on agreed financial conditions
Both parties presented in court on 15th March 17 and agreed for mutual divorce to progress
Next date given is 15th July 17
as per agreement, spouse should transfer the property to other. But due to change in local registration regulations, property transfer is getting delayed. It may take another 3-6 months
Spouse can fulfill rest of commitments without any delay
So query here is, can Spouse request court additional 6 months for transfer of the property ? If court doesn't allow, are there is options to workaround
what are other legal implications ?
Also legally what will be legal marital status of spouse. Is this "married", "legally separated", " living separately" or any other
