Hello,here I have some doubt's
According to hindhu succession act 2005 ,every children gets wether boy or girl will get equal share in fathers self acquired property after fathers death
My doubt is
My father in law has 1 son ,two daughters,one daughter got married in 2008 I,e my wife.
Here my question is how many ways does a father can transfer his self acquired property towards his only son ,I heard about WILL, other than will is father has any choice to transfer his self acquired property towards son?

I would like to have guidance regarding how to change the name in the property card which is right now in the name of my Late Grand father.
We have already received the court grant mentioning the names of legal heirs of the property.
What should be the next step to apply for change in names of the owners as mentioned in the court grant

One fine day I was fired by HR and my boss with the invalid reason and without a prior notice. They said client does not want you to work on the account when I told hr that I have never met client she said no to discuss with anyone and will give you 3 months of salary.
I complained abt the incidence to global team and chairman also but no one is ready to admit co. Mistake. What should I do now?

I was promoted as assistant commandant by the judgement of honbl supreme court judgement and my pay fixed with my immediate junior according to fr27 and seniority fixed from 2010 the day my immediate junior taking over charge of assistant commandant and he got senior time scale in 2014 after four years regular service but i was promoted in 2014 by review dpc of 2010 and pay fixed notionaly fr27 with my immediate junior again my immediate junior getting senior time scale means more pay than me can i eligible for senior time with my immediate junior with out calculating regular service because same situation arise because my junior getting more pay than me.pls advice me because again it is against of judgement.

Vehicle damaged in police custody seized u/s 207 mv act.
dear expertise,
My clients vehicle (Motorcycle) was seized by police U/S 207 MV Act. i released the said vehicle from the court of Judicial Magistrate 1 St Class and sent my client to police station to take back the seized vehicle but in the police station he found thta his vehicle was damaged head light, side indicators, speedometer, oil level meter and petrol tank was also empty. is asked him to not take vehicle from police custody. it seem that the said vehicle was illegally driven by police persons and have got damaged in some accident. please guide me what action should be taken against the poilce under which provision..
