Sir in quash petiton filed by me against domestic voilence case. My wife has change her residence. Therfore summons were received back. Can court stay proceedings if summons are not delieverd .how can i give summons if i dont knw her new address

Mene ek case file kiya h 125 ka or dowery ka but un dono case me ab tk kuch nhi hua ab mere husband ne divorce case file kiya h mujhe kya krna chaiye , meri 4 yrs ki beti h but wo hum dono ko nhi puchte mujhe apna case transfr krwana to kya kru

I booked a flat a few months ago at near around 70 lakhs. Now due to some financial crisis I want to cancel the booking. What is the amount shall I get refund? Though there was nothing written about the refund status during booking?

I retired as Regional Manager of a bank and just seven days before date of retirement I was given a charge sheet of some negligence in loan cases pertaining to the period seven years back.Can they do so legally ?

I am a member of co-op hsg society.
Society Formed in april 2017, i paid maintenance on 20th july 2017 for all four months from april 2017.
Society chairman is demanding penalty rs 100 per month delay summing up to rs 1000
Calculation is as follows
April to july 400 rs
May to july 300 rs
June to july 200 rs
July rs 100 as i paid maintenance after 10th of the month.
He is saying i have to pay penalty as per society rule as others also have paid the same way.
He is threatening to not to give share certificate untill penalty is paid.
Pls guide.

I am an owner of a building in kolkata. If I rent out a space to my son making an agreement with him that he can let out that space by making leave and license agreement with other person. Is it possible & correct ?
