Sir, I am a central govt. employee as a post of clerk grade. Now, I qualified in higher post exam ( which, I have not informed to my parent dept) .So, can I go for interview without intimate my parent dept. and what about my pran card if i got selected.
Please help me sir.

I understand that stamp duty on property transfer via gift deed between blood relatives is rs. 500. Property is in Maharashtra and deed will also be executed in Maharashtra. Pls confirm

My mother expired one year back . she has depoisted money in her name in two post-office ( one post office during her stay in her home town and another after her marriage and both accounts still contiues) and i am nominee mentioned in FD receipts.i stay along with my family in same district in different place. IS this money that i am going to accuire through nomination is TAXABLE? . i have depoist in same post-office and if this amount i am going to get is taxable ?

Respected Sir, My father executed Will in 2004 and both my parents died in the same year in an accident. We got probate in March 2017. After getting probate of Will, in how much time my opposite party(my sister) has to file for partition suit as she is not ready to go as per Will citing a reason that 1 or 2 properties are ancestral in nature. Since, 12 years have passed since the WILL came into force, can they claim in any other way(other than WILL).

After getting transfer from branch in June salry less credit 13000 and asked for they told special allowances given more now it is adjusted then Jul sal credit actual amount correctly Aug sal deduction 10000 again telling special allowances I asked previously it is settled again telling same reason we will check tells in head office and added 4000 rs still 5000rs pending but not response well they will add next month like simply telling what to do sir

Hello Expects,
My husband was cheating on me since time i was 8 months pregnant....now my son is 1 n half yrs old..... I caught him red handed n confronted him n he agreed that he is been having affair.... And I left him n staying with my parents....not divorced yet.... From few months v had no contact with each other.... Now from few days he is constantly messaging me to come back and give one chance..... So I told him to write down everything that he was having an affair n he will not repeat this again and if at all it happens again then I will have rights to divorce him without any court fight(mutually) and I will get the custody of my son without any problems created by him.....
My question is I want this to be written legally by my husband... How do i go abt it??

Hello Experts,
I have a query regarding an Immovable Property.
For instance lets assume as such A,B,C,D,E. A(actual owner), B(my client), C(GPA), D(Proclaimed Owner), E(Joint Owners).
The Facts are as under:
My client purchased a plot in 2015 from A (actual owner) of the plot and in 2016 B (My Client) constructed a small room in the plot, but to his astonishment E(Joint Owners) came and objected and installed electric meter allotted to them & claiming that the plot belongs to them and he & his wife are the joint owners of the property as they have purchased it from D(Proclaimed Owner) in 2003. When my client inquired further he came to know that C(GPA) without the consent of the A, sold the plot to D in 1998 representing C himself as the GPA and further D sold the land to E. Now the problem is A lives in USA and is not in contact with B, and E(Joint Owners) also lives in USA but they r not related to A in any matter. Now how can i defend my case.
Should i file a Suit for Declaration of Title and Possession or Suit for Perpetual Injunction or should i include both the prayers in one suit and can i ask my client to file a Criminal Complaint also. However the Encumbrance Certificate shows the name of the Joint Owners still.
Plz suggest.

I want to file case against one married lady welfare officer of a coorectionsl home. She has played with my life since last 9 years. I have spent hell lot of money on her. She has promised me to marry. She has enjoyed sex with me on several occassion. Even inside the correctional home. When i was lodged in the same correctional home in c/w a case but now I have acquitted from the said case by the Ld. Trial Court. She has promised me a lot of thing now she has started avoiding me as I am now forcing her to marry me. I have also came to know that during the period I was detained in C/Home she had slept with several other persons. I am suffering a huge mental agony and pain for her. I will never spare her for playing with my life. I want to file a case against her please tell me the procedure to do that. Whether I can do that or not. Please help me.

marriage validity
I married a widow who had a son nd registered the same. After that the girl which I had seen before forced me to marry her or she will commit suicide along with her parents . Not knowing what to do, I tied the knot, I've not registered that Marriage. till date I've not touched her, nor I stayed with her.Its 9 months now.. ..
I've not told her about my earlier registered marriage.
Pl help me. What I can do to get rid of her.. .
