Sir Maine ek property li hai 2015 me jo ki ek harijan ki thi jisme SDM k order se usko commercial kiya gaya hai or 143 hai but khatauni pr mera naam nahi chadh raha hai. Please tell me something on this

My aunt in law made my husband the executor of her will but he lives abroad. Can I, residing in India get a probate done of the will, if he gives me permission to do so?

I give some payment to friend for medical treatment of his wife. He give a cheque mention date after 1 month. I put cheque on mention date but cheque got dishonoured due to insufficient. But we issued notice to them after 37 days matter start in 2015. We file case.earlier he don't have any lawyer. And in every date he said in front of judge he ready to pay but need some time. After 2 years judge got change. But know in front of new judge he ask of lawyer. And his lawyer plea that notice serves after 37 days. So their is no case under section 138.

Sir Mai chnadigarh mai rehta hu or rent pe family ke sath rehta hu,kafi saalo se,Mera land loard electricity bill ka 7 rupees charge karta hai per unite,jabki unit 5 rupees hai,kya mai iske khilaaf kuch action le sakta hu,please mujhe btaaye,maine kaha ye to bahut jyada hai,to landloard bolra hai ki mkaan khali kardo

We have one room on paghadi system on my grandfather name who has expired long back but till date our rent receipt is in his name. My father is the elder son and he has 4 more siblings who have given us the noc by saying that they don't have any interest in this property n it can be sold at any time by my father. Now we want to sell d property but we r not getting proper rates for it...our landlord is now asking us to submit Xerox copy of that legal letter to him so that he can consult his lawyer and can transfer the rent receipt n room in my father's name. Is it ok if we submit this paper to him..he won't misuse it for any other purpose na..and if he transfers d room in my father name then do we have to pay anything to him. Pls advice.

I am defendant in one of the case where my brother filed suit for Possession. He got expired recently and i don't have any information whether he was legally married or not as he severed his relations from our family long time back but we have information that he was just residing with the lady who has deserted her first husband and started living with my brother. now he has one daughter who is claimed that she is his daughter out of his wedlock and that daughter got married 3 years back and one child was born but his daughter after that has taken divorce from his husband and my brother who is grandparent of that child has adopted that child of his daughter by way of registered adoption deed and now after the expiry of my brother that adopted son and his daughter is moving an application to implead them as their legal heirs. Could we have any ground on which we can challenge that adoption deed??. Moreover we are not sure whether that daughter is also legal child of my brother or not ?? could you suggest some solution . Reply is awaited and thanks for your help

Hi recently my friend has lodged a robbery case where one of her chains is missing from her wardrobe and i was there in the bedroom but i didnt do anything still i have not filed a police nc against her because i know i have not do e anything please help me what should i do

Mr. A, his wife and his only son, all expired during the span of 10 years. Mr. A had owned a flat in his name. Mr. A has two surviving brothers, a son from a third deceased brother, and also a surviving sister. All are Sunni Muslim. Now how the shares of the property after sale can be divided between them after paying all the dues of housing society and municipal taxes etc
