Sir, I got married during 2009. My in laws and husband did not mention about his medical condition of paranoid schizophrenia. He was under treatment years before our marriage and has a history of suicide attempt.
Later four months after my marriage I got to know his condition when he suffered from relapses. He was given several Ect and was under heavy treatment. His symptoms was controlled due to heavy medicines. But last year 2016 january onwards he again had his relapse but it was severe. Again several ect and bulk of medicines were given to control.
But his condition did not improve. One day he turned very violent and had a big knife and came towards me to attack me. But somehow i managed to control him from attacking me but got slapped many number of time inside our house premises but viewable to public.
From last September i am residing with my parent. I have one five year old daughter. We both are subjected to severe mental cruelty because of his condition. So i have decided to get divorce.
Kindly let me know the procedure involved and can we claim a part of ancestral property for my minor daughter as a part of settlement. Kindly reply

Dear Respected experts need guidance regarding a case .Ayushi is a middle management successful professional hired in an organisation .Ganesh who is her manager is envious from her success and popularity . He misbehaves and passes unprofessional remarks .He starts interfering in work and creates obstacles .When Ayushi reports to management ,nobody intervenes and later Ganesh creates a hostile work environment ,mentally harasss and pressurizes to resign and Ganesh tells her he will not confirm her services in company .She reports this harassment at work place to management and they do not look into matter and asks her to resign and threaten to spoil her career by termination .She refuses to resign and reports matter to ministry of women and child .Later company sends her termination letter containing false allegations for termination .There was no process no counselling nothing no notice etc were served before termination .A civil suit filed for dues and reinstatement which was rejected saying court does not have jurisdiction in this matter .The matter was appealed in session court after that .Disheartened disappointed .Later the ministry of women after a long 2 year period sets up a committee to enquire about the matter and women commission report states that termination was out of jealousy and illegal .Ganesh was misbehaved and unprofessional . there was no women grieviance committee and neither was communicated to me .Later Ganesh also left the company and company said that this matter is no longer their matter as ayushi and ganesh both are not working in this organisation .Ayushi because of termination letter cannot work anymore and since last 2 years is unemployed and career ruined .This was against right to work with dignity and safe work environment . womens empowernment commision proves lengik uthpeedan act that injustice was done to ayushi .Experts opinion and guidance is highly required in this case .What exactly this means lengik uthpeedan act and now what next has to be done .
what will be the next course of action ayushi should take
1 Should a seperate criminal case be filed or the same civil suit
2 legal guidance required how to go about in this matter
3 Are there any judgement citations in matter like this
4 How to claim damages ,defamation and reinstatement
5 How will the women commission take this report and what will they do next
6 Should media be involved
7 what ipc acts be imposed under constitutuion of india
Experts opinion is highly required and appreciable
Thanks
