Sir, I have won a case in Hon'ble High Court on 03.07.2017 and Order Copy received by me on 04.08.2017. My Query is Can Opposite Party go to Hon'ble Supreme Court?? If So, What is the limitation time for them to approach higher court?? What I have to do before they apply for higher court ??

Consequent on the final acceptance of the 7th Central Pay Commission, the government announced the pensions
for those who retired prior to 1-1-2016. As per this formula, it now turns out that pensioners who retired long ago are getting upto 20% less pension than those who retired after 1-1-2006, even though both worked in the same post and grade for the same no of years before retirement. Can this be challenged legally?

I am residing in South Mumbai and my building falls under cluster redevelopment project. My problem is landloard is giving alternate accommodation almost 15-20 km from our current premises and when we are asking for rent he is not ready to give rent and insisting to go in transit camp only.
is there any provision which help tenants to get rent or alternate accommodation nearby there current home?

My father was serving in The Directorate Of Census Operations Arunachal Pradesh, Shillong-3 from 1980 when he passed away on 15th April 2009 with a total service period of more than 26 years leaving behind me who attained 18 years as on 1st jan 2009 and my mother who is a cancer patitent since 1997 at the Tata Memorial Centre Mumbai . Accordingly a request for my compassionate appointment was made but however it was rejected by the RGI also the meagre amount of ffamily pension received by us i.e. @6115 plus dearness relief is not enough to survive in this modern day of crisis also my mother's periodical checkup requires huge cost which is difficult to meet. Subsequent request were again on 2010 a further request was made on 2011 to the then Home Minister Mr Sushil Kumar Shinde however the reason for termination of my appointement is still unknown. Can someone guide me what should be my next step? thank you!

Hello, I am SUMIT KUMAR, an aspirant of MBA. I live in Jharkhand while belong to Bihar and come in OBC NCL category. I have OBC NCL certificate issued by Anchal Adhikari from Bihar. After getting it, I found it depicts my family income to be Rs. 1.1 Lakh while it has to be Rs.4 Lakh as per ITR document. But they also issued an Income proof from Anchal Adhikari stating my family income is Rs.1.1 Lakh. What I have to do now will I have to make a new one or I can go with this obc ncl certificate? Please suggest me asap as my form filling date is nearby. When I went to Dhanbad Jharkhand's Anchal Adhikari office, they said me they can make obc ncl certificate for me while my father living in Jharkhand from 1997 so i think OBC certificate cant me issued in Jharkhand. Please suggest me what I can do for now as I have only one week time for form filling.

I had purchased a room,which is in Redevelopment scheme already,i.e first party's name is in annexure 2.
Can my name be included in annexure 2,changing first party's name?
Or else can i sell room?
please advise.

Good morning.
Second Appeal is pending with State Information Commissioner for non-compliance First Appellate Authority and provided incomplete information.
Now Applicant expired, while filing appeal applicant requested in appeal that matter may be decided on the basis of submission made with appeal.
1)What will be the possible outcome in this situation?
2)Information asked about the action initiated against letter filed by the applicant (now applicant death) can applicants son/daughter ask about the action taken against said letter filed by the applicant by filing application under RTI act,2005. Can CPIO provided or refuse the information on the grounds of third party information ?

Succession/legal heir
Hello Experts,
I have a query regarding Legal Heirs/Succession.
I got a case as my wife died in 2016 and during her lifetime we were blessed with a daughter. And also my wife had left behind a notarized property and some money in her bank & PF accounts.
Now the question is how to claim the money as the bank had asked for family member certificate. Do i have to file a Suit for Declaration as Legal Heirs or Suit of Succession Certificate. And as far as i know i have make my daughter as a party to the suit as well. And what is the difference between Legal Heir Certificate, Succession Certificate & Family member Certificate. And if i get a Legal heir Certificate from the court will it be valid to claim Money and Property.
Plz advise.
