354D guy submitted application that I am threatening him

Hi everyone. My name is Laxmi. One year August 2016 back I filled FIR to my friend taken of my father and mother as witness that he stalking and saying I love you reply me else will send your pics to mom dad. I did because he wanted to tell my parents regarding our relationship. After FIR we ended he got arrested and got bail. I felt bad what he did. He didn't crossed he had our conversation but police. After two month Oct 16 We started talking by message because I miss him a lot. Meet him many time. I requested him to say his dad and ask my parents to withdraw case. But time gone. He become involved alot. One month back he stopped talking. He said he will show our evidence to police. He has my text message. Like miss u I wanna marry you. Even call records also. I think he is giving application to police that I am threatening him. I want good suggestions what to do? Can I do FIR again? But I don't have proof what should I do? I wanna defend myself. My parents don't know about it. I want to do FIR or safe side.? I called him we meet but he refused to take incitive

Transfer of property within immediate family

My family had formed a partnership firm in the 1980s and had bought a industrial gala under that name. namely XYZ Industries.
But since then and now, we have been filling income tax under his file only, treating XYZ Industries as a sole proprietory firm.
Would it be advisible to transfer the property into either my mother's or father's individual name ? XYZ Industries has no activity other than the rent it collects on the industrial property.

Would stamp duty, any other govt levy charges be applied in wanting to transfer the asset to either of my parents personal file ?

Assigned land

Haii sir
My grand father bought an assigned land of 1.79 acres alloted to 4 SC people 27years ago.At that time he(my grandfather) didn't registered that land on his name but he took original documents and passbooks given to SC's by the government.And also he took their signs on new bond papers.As the time runs my grandfather died and the property came to my father.My father is cultivating that land from 20 years.
Is assigned land is a dotted land??
As Andhra government passes a new law that a dotted land should be registered to a person who is cultivating that land from 12 years and the land should be removed from prohibited land.
Can my father register that land as a dotted land.
Can anyone show me a way how to register that land on my father name???

Process of arrest an accused person in 128 of crpc

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am on behalf of the complaint in Dowry case under section 498A / 307/406/323 of IPC and the case is running in session court and accused appeared but the main problem is that there are 5 warrant pending of 128 of crpc but the main accused i.e. husband is not appear in judicial magistrate court where his warrant is pending .
I request several time J.M. court to arrest him but J.M.court told me that he is not authorized or make an order to execute the pending warrant and also Session court refuse to do it.
Sir there is any provision in law so that both the 498A case and maintenance case are hear by session court so that warrant may be excuate.
Please help me

Money lending act rules

Please tell me what will be punishment in money lending act by gujarat law. Please tell details if person give money without license to anybody at 10% rate of interest. Then what will be punishment for him by gujarat law and how to fight with him by law. And what to do? should i complain against him in police station or should i talk to ACP or commissioners or PI for strong case. Reply soon sir

Anticipatory Bail

I have been granted interim bail with consideration after two days, when I may be granted anticipatory bail. Am I suppose to apply for regular bail? Claimant has appeared before the court to absolve me from all the matter. FIR under 306 and 511 have been filed.

Agriculture Land purchase from ST by OBC/GRNRRAL

One of my relative who is farmer ( belongs to OBC) purchased a land around 2 hectares in year 1987 for an amount of RS. 25000 /-from one ST (scheduled tribe-"BHEEL") person in M.P. While making purchase, that ST person assured of getting legal sale permission from the appropriate authority (The DM) but he has not done so. Instead, his lawyer suggested him to get the land sold to the OBC person by manipulating OBC person's cast as ST(BHEEL) cast in registry papers. It worked and the deal got registered in the name is OBC person showing his cast as "BHEEL"(ST). After few year, in year 1996, the ST person filed a case against OBC person to get the possession back, which was dismissed by the civil court. He has not appealed against this judgement within stipulated period. Again in year 2004 he filed a case in SDM court for the same on the reason that he is ST person and the registry is in the name of the person who belongs to OBC and in registry papers his cast is fake (BHEEL). This case was dismissed in SDM court also in 2012. Now, as the land cost soaring countrywide, this ST person always harassing the OBC person in all the way by making complaints at all the platforms.(police, collector, human rights commission etc.) The OBC person is always in stress from the time of making this purchase. What are the rights to safeguard him or what can he do ?? Please advise.

Property Transfer on my name

Hi My Name is Savio Martin's residing in Kopar Khairane Navi Mumbai, My Mom and Dad purchased a flat in the year 1994, Sale Deed Power of Attorney, and all the cidco documents where given to to my mom along with a blank file which has the first party have to my mom when he purchased the flat, I am the only son in my family I don't have and siblings my mom did not transfer the house on her name since then. I lost my dad in the year 2010 and my Mom in the year 2012 The house is still on the first party name inspire of we being the owner of house electricity bill has his name, Property tax has his name as well in the society, I have being paying all the bills Society, Electricity, Property tax, I have my Moms death certificate and all the house legal documents, I need some help in getting the house transferred on my name, My mom's mistake was she did fill the stamp duty and cidco registration, Hence I am facing so much problems. Guide me by law and regulations

am working in Private College. Management of this college not follow any professional rules. They open salary a/c of employees but not give their cheque book ATM card passbooks to them. They credit higher salary usually 2x-3x of actually they appointed them. They force to sign employees to sign their cheques from salary a/c and after widthdrawl of amount from a/c they give cash salary to us even too late . Misbehave with employees. Without any prior notice and reasonable reason they fired employees and not clear dues. Because of any kind of compulstion people doing job here.
So please guide me where I complaint against them.
Not only we employees student are not happy with management.

Guide Me with all the possible way.

Ded and degree together is crime regularly

Sir i want to know i complete 1st year and 2nd year my b.a degree then i admit in deled then complete my 3rd year college...i cant show my college when i take appointment in primary teacher..is there any harm? Can i face any problem in my service for dual degree in future?
