Sir/Maam,
Back in 2014 I deposited Rs.6500/- with Delhi High Court as diet money for payment to witnesses. Only one of the witnesses collected the amount and around Rs. 4500/- are still with the DHC. Recently I found the original deposit slip.
Please tell the procedure or rule to get the remaining amount back.

Hi sir I have community certificate of my father only.how can I get my great grandfather community certificate.is it possible.
If community certificate of my great grandfather is different from mine(ADI Dravidian) is it possible to change mine depending upon my great grandfather certificate.

Attestation form a places ka detail Dena hai jha hamne pichle panch salo see rha hai.agar Mai permanent address par hi rha sabhi din to kya wahi address du na

Hi my name is Dinesh Parmar. My society chairman is not giving NOC for Passport purpose. Few months back my brother got verbel arguments with him.
From last 4 days I am behind of chairman to get NOC but not getting any response so again yesterday my brother has given bad words to him & Chairman also given bad words to my brother. Please help how I can get NOC

Wife committed suicide . Wife was not staying with me. I was arrested on flase complaint and on bail now.
It’s a case of extra marital affair. Police refused to investigate from that direction. On private complaint , court has started trail against the paramour There is delay is my trail, but its going in right direction. Now two accused of one death , myself as husband and lover, the Paramour.
My in-laws are delaying the trail by one or another means. Last year they filed application to cancel my bail. All the way trying to create pressure on me by publishing in newspaper with photo , social media , email to my company , my family company. They are filing many NC and on NC police is calling me. Its 4 years , trail has not yet started
I think if matter is court , they should not do all these activities. We need to trust court . Can you help me
1. Should I go for defamation & harassment. Or do nothing? This way my trial wont start . My lawyer is saying , its good they are running. But my point is not delay if i have sufficient evidence.
2. My 8 daughter is with them , she was 4 , when my wife committed suicide. They are threatening me that my daughter will give statement against me in court. Where should I report this , when chargesheet is already filed

In eviction suit, my tenant/defendant had filed his affidavit in evidence but failed to appear for his cross-examination on the ground of his suffering from paralysis which excuse the court allowed. Further, the court allowed his 2 sons who were claiming themselves to be assisting their father in the suit shop from the very beginning, to appear as witness and were cross examined. Now, the case is at the stage of final arguments. What is the effect of:-
a) the tenant/ defendant not appearing for cross-examination,
b) his sons deposing themselves when their father is alive.

Hello,
It is matter of matrimonial dispute and since 2 years domestic violence and dowry case is running in ghaziabad court. I have a son age 2 years and i am myself lookng after him. My husband and his family showed no interest and want to treat as slave to me. Their behavior grew violent wen i was pregnant and forced me to run out of house. In between two yeras, we have tried to settle matter out f court and do mutual settlmnt bt they always step back frm their words. Neither they want to resettle for sake of son, nor they want to give compensation money properly.
Now, my husband has filed mediation in allahabad high court by giving false excuses and got stay order for 3 months for cases hearing. I am doing job and however looking after my son, now my husband is creating problem as he is himself free from responsibilties and creating problem for me to go allahabad.
Please suggest me is it compulsory for me go attend high court mediation? If i dont go, what can happen against me?
How can i get rid of it as my husband is knowingly creating problem.

Return of original will submitted in court.
After demise of my father I had to submit the original will with the court. The decision came in my favor and I was advised to file O13R9 application to get it back. Now I have to file it at the filing counter or the case deciding court with the reader itself. The limitation period of appeal has expired.
Please advise.
