Credit card payment

Dear experties , i had credit card holder . Of private bank i used a principle near by 30k and long period installment i have paid almost 90 to 1 lacks aginst the principal . Which is almost 200%. Extra one day i realises that thing and stoped paing to bank . Bank had send me notice i explain all the details , but now bank insist that i have to pay 90k again or they will effect to my cbil. This is exactly extortion sacam . I had gone through various site RBI said bank could charge only 36 % . But that rule not followed by bank . Should i will get the justice . I have applied petition to consumer court. What to do ? . Who / how can raise about this extortion scam . 1 bank provide 45 credit period . But every bank charges intrest on 30 day so customer get only 15 day credit. This the wrong statement by bank . Dose it could be brech of commitment . Thre is lot of ambiguity . And common people facing problem on effects on cbil . This the trap . Could u pls light on this point. - shekhar.

Job during study

Hello sir/mam,
I am pursuing LLM two year regular course from Allahabad university. In June 2017 I have passed second semester exam and I took admission in third semester. After it in July I have got a govt. Job and my posting is in Allahabad. My office time and college time will be same. Now I want to complete my study of LLM during my job.
Can I do it? How can it be possible? Can I appear in LLM third semester and fourth semester exam during my training period or probation period?

Society chairman harassment

My Mother is an Occupant of a Cooperative Housing society in District Thane , She is been fighting with the Society almost since 2003, The Reason is that she has paid the maintenance upto 2003 and the Society says that it is not been paid since 2000, Due to this Heat going on between the Chairman and his so called chamchas she has not paid a single penny after that and now she has received a notice , kindly advice what next can be done.

Registration of property & transfer of title

I purchased a house in the year 1995 in which I was living as a tenant since 1980. The consideration amount was paid to the owner under various installments. Of each and every installment a receipt was given by the owner stating that “the consideration amount in the form of such and such installment has been received”. Similarly the last installment has also been paid to the owner and receipt has been received. Later before the registration of the property as well as before transfer of the title the said owner went abroad and never returned for many years. On several occasions the owner was asked to come to India to register the property but he always expressed his inability to come. In 2017 the owner came to India and he was asked to get the property registered to which out of malicious intension he totally refused and denied that he has ever sold the property. Now since I have been residing in the said property since 1980 along with my family, what remedy do I have to get the property registered? And can the Owner file a suit for my eviction and any other legal remedy which he can avail

Power of attorney unregistered

DEAR SIR/MADAM

OLD SOCIETY HAS CREATED A NUTORIZED POWER OF ATTORNEY WITH DEVELOPER IN THE YEAR 1993 AND THE POWER OF ATTORNEY IS CREATED BY THE SOCIETY IS ONLY ONE SIDELY SIGN BY THE SOCIETY. DOES THE POWER OF ATTORNEY IS CREATED BY THE SOCIETY IS VALID IN LAW?
After 5 year the new society came in to existence, the old society is terminated, new society has given in a news paper about the termination of power of attorney and it is served upon developer but then also he is continuing the power of developing does the is valid in law?

Need your help

Sir, my mother has brought a vacant land in Bangalore in 1995. All most 22 years land.
Now we have sold the land for Rs. 30,00,000/- to one of the purchaser on 12th Sept 2017. My mother age is approx 55 - 60 years. Please inform whether we need to pay income tax. if my mother divides the amount equally to my sister and their daughters whether we need to pay tax or it will treat as gift. Also please inform how to exempt tax.
We are very poor and trying to sell land for my sister daughters marriage of 2 siblings.
if we gift the amount for them equally whether it is exempted from income tax. Please help us.

Transfer of rights of under construction flat

Hello Everyone,

I had booked a Flat as co-owner with my Father in 2011. Unfortunately, In 2016, we lost our father. He left Four Legal heirs behind him (me, My Mother, Brother and Sister).

Now, I have given Death Certificate, Affidavit cum NOC from My Mother, Brother and Sister to the builder to transfer the under construction Flat in my name.

But, the Builder is asking for Relinquish Deed in my favour.
Please suggest me if a Relinquish Deed can be registered for a property which is not registered in any land Record and I believe unregistered Relinquish Deed has no force and not admissible as Evidence. Please suggest which documents are required in present scenario. We have only Builder Buyer Agreement on Rs. 100 stamp paper and Receipts with us and no formal Sale Deed has been executed.

Co-ownership / joint ownership in a property (resi.plot)

I have a piece of residential plot in Chennai in my name as the sole owner. I have constructed a house on this plot which is also in my sole name. I want to make my wife as a joint owner/co-owner of this property (plot + house).What is the procedure.Kindly advise.

Write-off or auc accounts interest calculation

Dear sir,
my uncle taken cash credit (cc) and education loan by mortgaged his house from SBI. up to 2013 he paid the loan regularly. In 2015 the bank declared the loan accounts as AUCA. Now SBI released e-circular "SCHEME FOR ONE TIME SETTLEMENT OF NPA AND AUCA 2017-18 (RINN SAMADHAN)". But bank is telling you are not eligible because of security of your house and is costing more than your dues. After discussed with branch manager my uncle transferred 6.85 lakhs to his saving A/C. In the a/c statement the bank debited it as : TR to AUCA closure" and not showing any A/C number to which it has been transferred.. The manger has gave the calculation on white paper showing: outstanding as on today is 2,45,000/- and interest 4,40,000/-. Still we are pending Education loan. My questions are:
1. Is bank can collect AUCA loan. If it collects then how much interest they calculate and from which date.
2. Can i demand a detailed statement as printed copy including interest rates for the AUC account.
3. "OTS SCHEME" is applicable for these loans, if not why.
