Our storm water drainage system is being laid by GHMC, they are also connecting sewage water pipe lines into it. When there is heavy rain storm water drainage gets filled and water is coming into our house, during summer time the sewage accumulated is giving foul smell and it has become a breeding ground for muscitos. Does the GHMC act permit joining sewage and storm water drainage.

Dear experts,
We have an independent house in the state of Karnataka. It was built by my parents so that my grandparents could live during 1980. In 2000 my father's sister (and her daughter) got separated (not divorced till date) from her husband and moved into this house and is currently living there. During 2015 and 2016, my grandparents expired and now my parents want to sell the property for financial reasons. Currently, the relative is not willing to vacate the house even though she is working for quite some time now and has a steady job.
Question:
1 What is the best way to evict the relative?
2 Will the property go to her since she has lived there for so long?
3 Can we take the help of local police?
Any suggestions to handle this situation is welcome.

I have been married since 2004 (13yrs) and have been under tremendous pressures since the last 9yrs or so.
My wife is not adjusting to our ways of life being from an aristocratic background.
Moreover, she is from a totally different cultural upbringing of attar Pradesh (I am from Rajasthan)
She refuses to adapt to our ways of life.
Constant skirmishes are common and having an effect on my child (of 9 yes) psyche.
Most of the issues revolve around kitchen,maid and finance.
More so, I have lost my JOB since the last 3yrs.
My only source of income are grants by my parents who have limited agricultural income.
Please advice on the possibilities.

Bombay HC dispose of writ petition and set aside award passed by CGIT (filed by our Company against the CGIT award by which CGIT set aside transfer orders) on 19.01.2015 and order is published on 01.11.2015. We filed SLP in SC. On 17th October 2016 SLP was dispose of by SC on admission and issued order with no reason (SC found no merits in our case). Due to financial difficulties we could not file Review Petition in BomHC as per direction given by SC in KUNHAYAMMED VS. KERAL STATE. We accepted offer given by Company of monetory compensation in month of February 2017 (before CGIT Mumbai where our Reference is pending). But till date Company advocate taking dates and delayed compensation procedure. Now my question is What do we do to overcome from this situation?

I am living in himachal form 18 years after my birth in Shimla,my mother and father both not are himachali but my mom and me and my sister living in himachali from past 20 years before my birth,we live in rented room from past 20 years now I wanted to join Indian army but due to lack of bonifide certificate I can't go for it .please suggest me how to make my himachali certificate. I have a birth certificate issued by municipal corporation. Of Shimla and at present we reside in rented room solan.

My sister is staying in a rented house, the landlord has moved to overseas.
Now the landlord is asking to pay the rental amount into his father's account.
What is to be done in this case.

Hi, I live in a Chs in Mumbai and for years now, the person staying below my house has been harassing my tenants. 2 families have already vacated the flat and the 3rd tenant is currently being harassed. I use my current flat rent to pay the rent for the flat I stay in and I already am on financial crisis. He doesn't want anyone staying in my flat. He uses all means of harassment including going on the terrace above my house and throwing huge weighted stones. Even if there is slightest of noise from my house, he and his family come to my flat and start abusing and threatening my tenant. Written complaint Has been given to the Secretary of my Society, however they have refused to take action saying this is a civil issue. Tenants refuse to come to police station. I want to understand if I am able to convince my current tenant to come with me to the cops, what all can I do? What can I also do legally? I am mentally vv harassed and this has started affecting my health too.. If I don't get rent, I will get in a miserable situation. The society and all its members are hopeless. I need proper guidance in this pls.

I have taken a CASH LOAN from HOME CREDIT an NBFC. I have not paid this month EMI due to some reason and tell the company executive i'll pay the amount earliest on the phone. But after telling to the executive i have continues receiving call from the company every hour to make the payment on urgent basis i already told them i will the EMI after some day and i will also pay late fee. But the company employees continues calling me atleast 20 to 30 times in a days by changing the numbers. After that I ignored the all call from the company. The company's employees come to my home which is I think illegal as per law. Kindly advise me can File a FIR against company or I will file a case in Consumer Forum to teach a lesson to these kind of companies. It is not a proper way which this company is using and their employees harrasing on phone and using abusive language.
