what is the procedure to start a public limited company with limited members of 2500 and collecting investments of small amount 200-1000 as recurring deposits from the group members and investing the the collected amount in different sectors. and and giving the profits after the time completed or as of the investor need.
I am startup and i don't have any securities with me and how to move forward to start this type of company.

I got remarriage on 3rd oct 2017, from first marriage we both have one kid. Now from date of marriage my husband is denying physical relationship. First i thought he might be not mentally prepared. But as time pass on I understood that he is mentally prepared but physically incapable. To understand what is actually problem one day I tried from my side so that he will come near to me...There I understood that he is not at all capable . He said sorry to me and since from that day we are not sleeping in one bedroom also. Now he is not ready to speak on this subject with me and avoiding me....I don't want to continue my life like this and wanted to nullify the marriage. Pls advice...

Hi Experts, My father and uncle had purchase land in Dahisar with 25 tanents on land in 1980. They had prepared Sale deed. But that time they have not done registration. Because lack of knowledge. But on the property card My father and uncle have Thier name as imala malak (remark - H) with reference to Sale deed. In 1993 they gone for Extension agreement and conveyance deed. In the same year we put this papers for registration & stamp duty. But we have not paid full amount of registration fees. As DP road in going from our land. Somebody suggest do not paid full amount of registration fees that time. In 2012, we receive one letter from Registration department, old custom house,CST to pay the balance amount to complete the procedure. So as per that letter we paid the balance registration fees. And complete the registration procedure. We received Index 2 and certified copy of registered documents of land. But till date we have not received original papers from the department. The main owner (seller) has expired in 1994. Now his legal heirs have there name on 7/12. But they do not have there name on property card. The legal heirs of seller had done deal with one builder for land development in 2008. One of the tanant had done NA of one piece on land from our land in 2010. We had won the case against all the tanents ( the case was originally suit by seller in 1976). We received the decree to remove the tanant from land in 1983. But we have not use that decree to remove the tanant. My question? 1) Can we able to put our name on property card, 7/12 & 6/12. 2) Can we able to win the case against legal heirs for the agreement they had done with builder for development. 3) Can we able to remove the tanant on the basis of decree received in the year 1983. 4) Can we able to win case against the tanant who has done NA of small piece of land.

HI I HAVE A INSURANCE AGENCY IN GENERAL INSURANCE "PSU" COMPANY. SINCE AUGUST 2017 THE COMPANY HAVE NOT RELEASE MY COMMISSION. AFTER FOLLOW UP SO MANY TIMES THE NASER IS THERE IS A IT PROBLEM. BUT TILL NOW NO RESULT FOUND. I HAD COMPLAINT FOR THAT IN REGIONAL OFFICE BUT THEY ARE LINGERING MY PROBLEM. BEFORE A WEEK I COMPLAINT I HEAD OFFICE BUT NO ANSWER FROM THEIR SIDE ALSO. PLEASE SUGGEST WHERE TO COMPLAINT FOR THE SAME AND WHAT TO DO?

He send sms on mobile no to join this agency and if we call back he will convince us and win our trust then he will offer trial plan of one month Rs. 5500/- and life time plan 9500/-
If we choose any plan and pay on above account then he will send us welcome mail with fake female client with details and email id witout phone number.
Then he will ask to pay for kit Rs. 8800 and cab charges ola 1500 uber 1800
If we pay the amount and ready for date suddenly his fake client got late and an accident happened with her. Then Mr Alok will again justify the reasons and convince us for another date soon.
After 2-3 days he will send another profile of fake female client with phone number and do con call with client to win trust. And ask for advance deposition of commission before meeting with client which is 20% of service. If we pay then at last movement the mobile no of fake client will be switched off and
Mr. Alok again dare to convince us about his fault and he will again promise to provide us real job. Now My story end here with loss of Rs. 5500+8800+1500+7500.
How can I lodge a complaint against it.

Dear sir I have beenHonourably acquitted in criminal case at CJM court. When the trail is under the court the departmental proceedings has been intiated and it has been stayed in the highcourt madurai stating that the charges in the criminal case and the Departmental proceedings are one and the same. Now I have been honourably acquitted and going to be retired in this month plz inform me whether the departmental proceedings is under stay will affect my retirement plz send me your valuable suggession and relevant judgements as early as possible which will help for my retirement. Release of rights through affidavit duly notarized.
Property: Residential Flat Ownership: Jointly owner by son and mother. Mother expired intestate a couple of years back leaving behind 3 sons, including the joint owner and 1 daughter (assuming all are alive) as her legal heirs. The 2 brothers and sister have signed a joint affidavit in favour of brother (joint owner) stating that they have no right, title and interest in the flat. The affidavit is made on stamp paper of RS.500/- and is duly notarized (registered notary with serial number). My question is; 1. Can the affidavit be considered sufficient legal document to transfer 100% rights in the flat in the name the joint owner? 2. If not, what is required to be done from the society point of view to make sure the transfer, if done, is not challenged in the future.
