My daughters DOB is different in her class 10th certificate than in birth certificate and passport. she want to pursue for higher education in the US / Canada or Australia after completing her 12th next year and may also apply for immigration after few years. Will this discrepancy in her DOB cause any issue for her like getting student visa or applying for immigration etc ?
her passport and DOB certificate are of date ------- 09.07.2000
and 10th certificate ------------------------------------------08/07.2000
secondly how can we change the DOB in 10th CBSE certificate becasue school will provide the TC submitted by us of 08.07.2000. can we take help of court

Hi Experts,
I have filed a criminal complaint u/s 200 against a person in court X in District X. I summoned some record in the same court and some documents were exhibited by the witness regarding the same.
The opposite party who is not even summoned yet in the above mentioned case, used one of the document (only 2 pages) in exhibits in some other case in court Y (District Y) where he has filed case on me. I have already been summoned in this case and during his evidence he has exhibited only 2 pages of that particular exhibit (which is in actual total 6 pages) and rest 4 pages he has not exhibited.
Now my query is:-
1. Can he get the certified copies from the court where he is not even summoned yet i.e. court has not taken any cognizance against him yet?
2. Can he exhibit 2 pages out of 6 pages of the document exhibited in court Y, which he has obtained from the copy branch of court X (District X).
In my opinion, these are obtained in connivance with court staff.
Pl. guide me what shall i do.

Sir I have changed my name through following all legal procedure, such as affidavit, news paper publication and gezette notification.but i couldn't change my name in educational certificates. Is really need to change name on educational certificates. Currently I m preparing for civil service. Will there be any problem to filling government job form or to get admit card

sir my father brother and uncle is suffering by ipc 452/323/504/506. first the FIR is taken both party and the case was dismiss by the compromising of both party on paper . in this case my father was not present at HOME AND MY BROTHER had goen FOR OUT SIDE ENTRANCE FOR UNIVERSITY EXAM . AT THAT TIME WE HAVE ALL EVIDENCE BUT AFTER SOME TIME THE FORGET ABOUT ALL CASE BCOZ OF COMPROMISE..
AFTER 2 YEAR HE CHEATED US AND HE CASE AGAIN HE HAS DELETED OUR FIR ON POLICE RECORD AND WE ALSO DONT HAVE NEITHER THE FIR COPY NOR THE COMPROMISING SIGN COPY. AND WE DONT HAVE THE TICKET OF OUT SIDE GOING. WHEN THE NOTICE CAME HE SIGN FAKE FOR ALL MY UNCLE AND FATHER THAT WE RECEIVED THE NOTICE BUT WE DONT HAVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT NOTICE. SIR WE DON"T HAVE ANY PROOF TO SAVE. AND NO PAPER OF COMPROMISE AND FIR. WHAT SHOULD WE DO IN THIS SITUATION. AND WHAT ABOUT THE FAKE SIGN ON NOTICE RECEIVE AND THEY ARE CRIMINAL FOR THE SAME CASE THEY ENTERED IN OUR HOUSE. AND HE SAY SORRY FOR ALL AND WE COMPROMISE. WHAT SHOULD WE DO SIR.
HE ALWS SAY WE ARE GOVT. EMPLOYEE YOU CANT DO ANYTHING.IN THIS CASE HIS SON ALSO GO THROW THE JAIL FOR A SINGLE NIGHT. HIS ARTICAL WAS PUBLISH IN NEWS PAPER.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO.
WE ARE HELPLESS WITHOUT EVIDENCE. OF FIR AND TICKETS.

My father passed away few months back with a single property built by him. He has left a will with the property to be inherited by me , the sole surviving daughter.My mother already expired before my father. We are Hindu.
All the registration papers of the property and the municipal corporation house tax receipts are all in my father's name. This property is in Vadodra ( Gujrat)
Please advise if inheritance certification is required from the Court of law, to transfer this property in my name in
sub-registrar office. Or
Based on the will along with fathers and mothers death certificate this property can be transferred directly to my name in the sub-registrar's office. How much is the property transfer fee in this case.

Sir,
I have filed private case in cheque bounce case in CC No. 223 of 2010 before Hon'ble JMFC at Godavarikhani of Peddapalli Dist of Telangana State. The JMFC convicted the accused for one year imprisonment and compensation awarded Rs. 6 lakhs out of 10 lakhs. Accused filed Crl. Appeal No. 64/2013 before Dist session court. He did not attend the court till delivering the orders confirming the Judgment of lower JMFC. Now, he is in jail at Karimnagar. His wife filed Crl.Revision case before Hon'ble H C of AP&Telangan at Hyderabad condoning delay of 893 days. In this juncture whether the HC allows or dismiss the Crl.Revision MP. If allows or dismiss the MP by the HC, what is about my compensation amount of Rs. 6 lakhs and what is the remedy to me without filing civil suit as he has no assets else where

I have a residential plot with width 5.85 mtr and length as 12 mtr in my registry but on actual my plot length is 11.25 mtr and width is 6.35 mtr , i constructed upto 5 feet height with map , now my neighbor is claiming that his width of about 4 inchs is encroached by me but his length is 11 mtr in registry and in actual he has 11.25 mtr but his width is less on actual then on registry but while calculating his length and width it comes as 3 yards more then on registry , now plz tell me what should I do now as he akready having more land then on regusrty ?
