Hi Guys,
Recently my father had been to airtel office(authorized franchisee) to link his mobile to AADHAR , the person there after linking also opened a payment bank account against the number and set the setting to collect social security benefits(like gas subsidy) to this account (all this with out my fathers consent) , initially i went and requested the person to close the account for which he said it will be done in a couple of days , but this people are not closing the account. I request you guys to let me know what legal action I can take and how.

This is Vanessa A John. Hi just wanted to know how is the verification done for court marriage in catholic also wanna know if a married person having an affair and wanna get married can it be done in Mantralaya how do you people come to know if he is married earlier need help immediately plz
As this incident has happened with me and the register person said they do not verify the parties. I am married to my husband for the past eight years n there was a lady Clara Dsouza who took my husband to dubai later divorced her first husband n then got married to my husband in mumbai mantralaya court on 13-1-15 .I want to know what can be done as me having two children n my husband always visited us every year n he got married to this lady in 2015 n last year got twins from this lady n this lady knew he was married but now when I caught them red. Handed she is lying as she always blocked me when I told her he is my husband what can be done now as whenever I try contacting her she blocks me n tell I have left ur husband
This lady said if I text her will file complaint on me after I caught them as said she has left my husband but not in writing its so many years I tried contacting her dubai number but she always blocked me when I told her he is my husband she said as she was madly in love with my husband married him n now as she is caught said take ur husband n dont text her but how to get a proof stating she left him as she blocked my last number too which I am using .plz need help what can be done now

Sir,
There are 3 sons and 1 daughter for my grand mother,my father is 3rd son. he is working in abroad.
my grand father expired about 23 years ago,there after my grand mother is staying in our home along with my mother, and other two sons left their mother after her husband expired, she owns a property of 1.5 acres ,which she wrote a settlement deed to my father in 1990,Recently 5 months ago her 2nd son took my grand mother to his home and they forced her to cancel the settlement deed without asking my father.now they are planning to occupy the 1.5 acres.
what can i do ,please help me sir.

My father working as teacher died in February 2017.he took personal loan from sbi.now the bank is asking me to pay the entire amount of 5 lakh at once.i told the manager that i will pay monthly since i didnt have that much amount with me.but the manager insist me to pay the entire amount.
Ijust need to know can i pay it monthly or not.my mother is also a teacher.we are asking the bank to transfer the loan to my mother account. But they are asking us to pay entire amount.
Please give me proper information whether can i pay monthly or not

My wife filed 498A, DVC, mc cases against me. Now she asked my salary certificate through RTI act. Now the concern DDO should give salary certificate or salary particulars. If they give my salary certificate ,she can misuse. What the concern DDO should give??? Please response as possible as quickly

In our AGM of our Society (Falling under Maharashtra Co-op Societies Act 1960) , under the agenda item, Security , one member handed over a letter to one committee member to be read. The letter was a complain against another committee member for some security and parking issue. Half way through the letter reading, the complainant member and the committee member got into an argument. The house suggested that the matter should be taken up separately by Managing Committee and not in AGM.
Should this topic be minuted in MOM of the AGM?? Some members feel that this matter was taken up in AGM without the permission of the chair. Some members feel that the matter went on for quite a duration, without the chair then objecting about it so the matter should be minuted in MOM.
The query is , should the matter be minuted in the MOM of AGM. ??

Hii I filled suit for damages however it is my specific case that certain document are in exclusive possession of defendant and now i have to request the court to ask him produce those document before court. How i can do.

Dear Sir,
We have 3 plot is survey # 124 in Gopanpally, Serilingampally Mandal. Currently those plots are captured and raw houses have been built and people are staying there. we want to know how to get back the land back through legal means.
