Dear sir, I hv gvn my land to builder but b4 start work one guy cm nd ask to stop work Nd said this property belongs to him. After that I submitted all documents to court and court order to arrest that person.
But police is not arresting him after warrant,
Now they hv gvn bribe to police Nd judge nd he get stay order till 12 December.
Please advice me where I hv to approach so that police can arrest him and my work shall start without any trouble? Already he threatened my family.

Bank fraud case, without produce voucher for the particular transaction, how can bank frame charge or give punishment as charges proved.

Dear sir few months back i brought a 10 marla land from broker but he was fraud then he asked me that he will give me money back in form of cheques but when the time came to encash cheque there was no money in there Ac thus it was a bounce cheque now suggest me what to do i am from srinagar kashmir.and i supposed to buy land here only in kashmir

Sir,my mother received a property from her sister which was registered as settlement deed.My mother registered it in my name also settlement 3 years back.Now my brother and sister are trying to file case for their share.The question is
1,Can they file case against this settlement deed even after the time 3years have passed?
2,Will they get a stay to block the property from sale,if so how many years can they stay or continue the case
3,my mother stays with me now

I am an employee of APSCSCL (fully owned by A.P. State Govt) and all the Service Rules of the GOvt are applicable to us. I have joined this Corporation on 19.08.2011 through Direct Recruitment. I completed my 2 years probation on 19.09.2013 (1 month late) as I have taken Paternity Leave of 15 days and LOP of 15 days. Seniority List was prepared as on 01.06.2014 (Communicated on 23.11.2017) and my name was put at the end stating that I completed my probation 1 month late. On the date of preparing the Seniority list (01.06.2014) I have completed the probation (19.09.2013). Please Advise the Rule position.

My present EPF account is maintained since October 2010 till date and is some 7 years old.
Within this span the pf amount has been transferred between 3 companies.
My last company I stayed 4 years 8 months and left and now presently not on job since since two months.
I am 38 years old and I want to withdraw my EPF amount but I have some doubt.
Will I be able to withdraw entire(employees and employers part) amount or only the employees part?
Be it employees part or employers part, Will the amount be taxable?

I am a law graduate and registered in bar council from past 05 years. I am practicing in district court my expertise is in civil.
Now I want to join MNC/ private sector.
Is my above mentioned qualification and experience are good enough to apply in corporate sec or I should join any diploma course to make my Resume more impressive. Please guide me with your valuable advice's.

Dear Sir, i am a Hindu Brahman guy. I have filed a Divorce case 2 years back. after that my wife logged 2 complaint i.e. at CAW Cell and another one of Domestic Violence. Both the cases are in process.
After 1.5 years, I have started giving her 10,000/- on month basis as a maintenance charges.
she is not willing to give divorce. Please help me to understand few questions.
1. Is this situation will remain same till the time she didn't agree?
2. Is there any law which i can peruse for further action in my favor.
3. Can i marry again (if there is any option)?

Suggestion Need. How can I close the case soon?
Respected Sir , I am Surya Debnath, a student of law , resident of Haldibari, Coochbehar , WB 735122. Sir , I have a Aadhaar Enrollment Center at Bazar which is authorized by CSC, a govt organization . But in 17 th Aug , 2017 when I start resident Aadhaar enrollment , some public create a problem to give him first preference to enroll for Aadhaar but there was a line facility and I refused them to enrolled them before anyone who came first . .. Then there was some argument start between a person named SRIKANTA and me .after a long argument he arranged some public to destroy my Aadhaar machine and also my center .. Then I called the Local Police for save me and then police came to my center and take me their coustudy to save me .. .and all of my Aadhaar laptop and enrollment machine . After 2 hours a unknown woman who were not present in my Aadhaar enrollment when the problem happen. .But the woman filled a FIR against me and my father , brother , and my worker about to want extra charge 2000 for a new Aadhaar enrollment and sexual harassment her .. . Then Police charges 420 , 354 , 323 against me and sent me and my friend to Jail and the AO want 1 lack rs for not arrest my father and brother and cross their name from Charge Sheet . ... my family give him said rs to not arrest. After 21 days I got bail from Session Court on condition . .. Till now the AO not fill Final Charge sheet. Some Enrollment machine not returned by AO to me . Now the question is that the case is 100 % false . No evidence available against me to prove the case true 1 ) Can I fill quash 354 & 420 in high court? 2 ) What will be the outcome of the case?? 3 ) Can I fill a case against the woman who harassment me ? 4 ) Is the any Lawyer available in High court to quashing the case ?? 5 ) is there any need to take a advance bail of my father and brother ???? 6 ). What should I do ? 7 ) is the any law available to give Final charge sheet first ?? Please suggest me . .
