I wanted to know a few details about Khatas as i am very new to this field.actually we have a property which is under the ownership of my father and his brother.at present my father has been expired. And my mother is also expired so me and my brother are the left overs.And in the other hand my father�s brother is also expired and his wife and a son is left over.so what is the legal procedures we have to follow in order to transfer the khata?? Pls help

Am working with PVT LTD Co. with six directors and am one of them .Company is dealing with service segment. Now due to some personal issue am going to tendered resigned from my position. Please advise me what should be the step taken in this regards.

I have served as a teacher in unaided school for 26 yrs and retired on 7/8/17. My school management said you are not entitled to get gratuity but ex-gratia amount. I want to know my right to get gratuity. Please guide

My grand father expired in 2004.he has 7 daughters n 3 sons.in his will of 2001.he mentioned clearly that his elder son i.e. my Taya g was missing from last 17 yrs.( In 2001). N he is assuming him as no more. He also mentioned that he has spend enough on studies and on weddings of my all seven bhuas and all of them r well settled in their respective homes. He mentioned that he willfully and with full cautious distributing his house among his two sons elder (my father). And younger ( my chaha). He distributed the portions among them. According to that my father ( who died in 2016). Has more portion in comparison to my chacha. In 2008 my eldest bhua insisted and six sister reliquinshed their shares in favours of my father n chacha. But they didn't mentioned one of my bhua as she was no mare at that time. She had three children. All the pappers, chain of property, original will, original reluinkishment deed, r lying with me...now my questions are; 1)wat is the authenticity of will n reliquinshment deed ? 2)can my chacha sell his portion without my consent ? If yes t then he should ask me first as it was my ancestoral property or he is free to sell to anyone he likes. 3) wat should I do , as I heard that he has done the deal of his portion but the other party is saying that they had purchased half of the portion. 4) can he sell it , without original papers, as all originals are in my pocession?

I am law student and in June2017 we enter into LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT for commercial shop.
we made LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT on 100rs NJ stamp paper and that agreement is misplaced due to flood in mumbai.
I have paid rent on same but for Income tax we need agreement of rent.
so i have bought stamp paper on 15dec17.
my law friends and professors suggest me to write

The surveyor after surveying our residential plot (300 sq yd) purchased in 1967 he gave the remark as our land is 25 sq yd less and he took the signature of mine along with other two who present. Hiding the above remark, the surveyor has given his report as the land in question was not demarcated due to non availability of link documents. How can I understand the actions of the surveyor.

Can my wife ask for share in my property gifted to me by my parents. I have a baby girl of 13months old . She stays with me for few days and again goes back to her maternal home and to her brothers home. At odd hours she wants to move out of home leaving the baby to me after pursuation and told her she may leave me if not interested only during morning hours. Or atleast when their parents come. I cannot be watchman to her at all the time and I am also scared of her safety because she/parents point out me my parents for her condition. Her brothers are in police department and we face a lot of pressure.kindly advice me.
