Defendant filed documents in 2003 but later did not exhibit the documents. How to make the defendant exhibit the documents which he had filed earlier but not exhibited considering that those documents are relevant for Plaintiff to prove his case. Help please.

Sir,
I have filed a complaint u/s 138 for bouncing of cheque , which was issued by accused towards the sale consideration amount, mentioned in registered Sale Deed.
The marking of documents are completed and case was posted for CE , and is pending.
In the meantime The counsel for accused has filed a petition u/s 91 seeking my 1)Income tax returns copy,
2)Capital Gain Account statement,
3) Bank A/c statement
4) Statement of transactions with accused.
and so many other irrelevant documents.
I am of the opinion that this is only a part of the delaying tactics and harassment to me , as I am appearing on each date and accused is not; inspite of availing BALE.
Kindly advise, is it mandatory to produce these documents or not.

Iam willing to do love marrige with my love, are we not same in caste , i am hindu Gurav (Brahmin) and she is hindu( maratha) family not agree .
I request to you please provide me proper information .How can I do Legal inter-cast love marriage with my Love in one day process at Mumbai (Maharashtra)and after marriage I can got a legal valid marriage certificate immediately.
Please give me details . . . Please !

Hi,
My question is that I need to get my Birth Certificate issue by Delhi MCD. My actual Date of Birth is October 21, 1979. But all my document 10th, 12th and Driving Licence, Passport, Aadhar Card, VoterId ,Ration card etc. all legal documents has Date of birth as July 01,1979. At the time of my school admission my birth is shown as per some letter written by Pradhan of my village that I was born on July 01, 1979 in New Delhi. So my school admission was done with my Date of Birth as July 01 ,1979. Subsequently everywhere this Date of birth continued. Though I was actually born on October 21 ,1979 in Govt Hospital but my Birth certificate was never issued or my father never approach to register my birth. So I do not have my Date of Birth Certificate. Now my question How should I approach or what process should I Follow to get my Birth Certificate with date of Birth (Jul 01,1979) as per all my legal documents.

My mother have land it's comes from my grand mother we have 2 sons and 1 daughter for my mother. My sister is already married she gave rights in that land

Respected Sir , I am Surya Debnath, a student of law , resident of Haldibari, Coochbehar , WB 735122. Sir , I have a Aadhaar Enrollment Center at Bazar which is authorized by CSC, a govt organization . But in 17 th Aug , 2017 when I start resident Aadhaar enrollment , some public create a problem to give him first preference to enroll for Aadhaar but there was a line facility and I refused them to enrolled them before anyone who came first . .. Then there was some argument start between a person named SRIKANTA and me .after a long argument he arranged some public to destroy my Aadhaar machine and also my center .. Then I called the Local Police for save me and then police came to my center and take me their coustudy to save me .. .and all of my Aadhaar laptop and enrollment machine . After 2 hours a unknown woman who were not present in my Aadhaar enrollment when the problem happen. .But the woman filled a FIR against me and my father , brother , and my worker about to want extra charge 2000 for a new Aadhaar enrollment and sexual harassment her .. . Then Police charges 420 , 354 , 323 against me and sent me and my friend to Jail and the AO want 1 lack rs for not arrest my father and brother and cross their name from Charge Sheet . ... my family give him said rs to not arrest. After 21 days I got bail from Session Court on condition . .. Till now the AO not fill Final Charge sheet. Some Enrollment machine not returned by AO to me . Now the question is that the case is 100 % false . No evidence available against me to prove the case true 1 ) Can I fill quash 354 & 420 in high court? 2 ) What will be the outcome of the case?? 3 ) Can I fill a case against the woman who harassment me ? 4 ) Is the any Lawyer available in High court to quashing the case ?? 5 ) is there any need to take a advance bail of my father and brother ???? 6 ). What should I do ? 7 ) is the any law available to give Final charge sheet first ?? Please suggest me . . I am in very critical condition . ..also give ur pH number to contact u and I also come 14 the Dec Kolkata High Court for understanding the case

Dear sir, I hv gvn my land to builder but b4 start work one guy cm nd ask to stop work Nd said this property belongs to him. After that I submitted all documents to court and court order to arrest that person.
But police is not arresting him after warrant,
Now they hv gvn bribe to police Nd judge nd he get stay order till 12 December.
Please advice me where I hv to approach so that police can arrest him and my work shall start without any trouble? Already he threatened my family.

Bank fraud case, without produce voucher for the particular transaction, how can bank frame charge or give punishment as charges proved.

Relinquishment deed
Can a relinquishment deed be executed by an apparent legal heir without the title document? without succession certificate? even when there was no will and case for partition was pending?
What stamp duty must be paid for it to be valid?
How to prove the that a relinquishment deed is void.
Facts of my case:
The RD was executed by old widowed and uneducated mother relinquishing her right in the property of her late husband in favour of one of her son.
The mother has alleged that the RD is forged in her affidavit.
The mother is no more alive. According to her will, I should get her share in the property.
Legal owner's definite share in the property is not ascertained till date as the case is going on for about two decades now.
