Any procedure to expedite the civil case, as my case has been running for 15 years, opposite party for name sake extending , can some one help me to understand how can I request to expedite the case and what is the procedure for it
I would like to know the process to complain against illegal encroachment in a MHADA property reserved for School/ Educational institution in Mumbai Suburbs. MHADA site does not give any complaint link. Please advise as the encroachment is a growing menace and also causing serious health and social issues at the cost of Children's Education. I am Muslim married women. An only child of my parents. My both parents were earning but all the properties are in the name of my father only. My mother died and my father got re-married but with no children further. He has already transferred all the monetary values (money) from my mother's account into his account. Now that, the property is also in his name and he has got re-married. What shall be my share in his property? and How the same can be divided?

Hi Expert, I am working for a company based in New Delhi. I am getting the in-hand salary of Rs 18,300 (INR) monthly. I know that it is a mandatory and statutory requirement for each and every organization to issue the salary slip to the employee. The Director-HR of the company is not issuing any salary slip to us whenever tried to contact him he said the salary will be directly credited to your Bank account. When ever i asked him for salary bifurcation he says that its a consolidated salary. Pl suggest what to do. I am facing a hell lot of problem at the interview because i cant produce a salary slip, neither i want to put up a fabricated salary slips in front of the other HR. They give me Salary without any Deduction (ESI/PF).

Hi,
I have been thinking of resigning from my current company, but during my last appraisal that was approved april 2017 they had mentioned a clause stating that i have to repay the entire appraisal amount recieved, if i leave within an year. Due to this clause I'm unable to resign as i don't have that much money to repay.
Is this something that can be breached.
My mother and father is a central government servant and Muslims. My father didn't gave divorce to my mom. But they live seperately.. after the demise of my father in 2014. Her illegal wife claim the pension benefits of my father. And now the case is pending in the court. How long it takes to solve the case. As per I know the pension case should be taken as a priority case.. please suggest...
Query regarding the domestic violence case
Respected learned counsel,being an advocate i am appearing for the applicant i.e.wife and the five months have been passed but no order of interim maintenance is granted by the court then on the last date i have moved an application for interim maintenance and application for protection order also and the court has told other side to reply by the giving the verbal direction to husband that do avoid any violence against your wife.so in the next date which is on 12th december 2017 what will be my role on that date should i again stress on interim maintenance or should i make an argument what should i do please hlep me
