I (Respondent-3) had filed a petition in H/Court for quashing of false time-barred d/v case filed after more than one and half years; myself quoting Supreme Court judgements. It is now listed for January 2018.
Following 2 things were submitted to H/C: (1) PCR report that she was kept in captivity and was not allowed to go to sasural (2) asylum report for having kept for 25 days.
After a son was born to them , she was brain washed and indoctrinated to file a lucrative d/v business by her father.
There is recorded conversation (mobile) between my son and his wife intertalia stating that she was in captivity and was given some injection and being kept in asylum; and her parents are up-to-do anything. A police officer living in neighbourhood compelled to withdraw the complaint on the plea that she is made. Obviously she was brain-washed and indoctrinated to file the lucrative d/v business and withdrew complaint.
Now the question is how can I present the recorded conversation which can be accepted by the court in view of Sec-65B Evidence Act. I think there are exceptions from producing certificate. Considered opinion shall be highly appreciated.

Hi team, need your suggestion to solve one of my friends problem. My friends father mortgaged his own plots original documents long back from a person whom we do not know. Suddenly he expired. He did not write any will on his children name. Is there any possibility to get cc copy? Will that be valid to sell the property. Pls suggest how to proceed

Society registered in 2012. Chairman not issuing share certificates on multiple pretexts even after society lawyers clearance. Now Chairman has tendered resignation which is not accepted by MC.
Society Lawyer has cleared a number of files but Chairman is refusing to sign on share certificates.
Without share certificate can new elections take place. What is the recourse I have as my documents are all cleared and have also submitted an affidavit

How to add the alias name in the kyc documents.... Name Which is earlier/used in child hood....I was born in 1938 in my child hood all are calling Chikkanna...after 18yrs I left the village and settled in Bangalore ther my guardians given the name as doddanna to all govt documents...... Now I want to add my alias name doddanna alias Chikkanna ..what formalities I should follow

Daughter born/married prior to 1956 can seek for partition/ her share in joint family property. And ancestral property.

In a private complaint, the properties of accused were seized by Police and thereafter handed over to complainant as per Magistrate Court Order against Bond. Accused challenged the order in Sessions Court and court ordered handing over some of the properties to accused against Bond. Complainant challenged Sessions Court Order in Bombay High Court in 2004 and it is only after 12 years Bombay High Court dismissed complainant's petition. However accused only came to know about this dismissal of petition in 2017 , one year after the order passed by Bombay High Court. But complainant knowing the dismissal (as his advocates were present during pronouncement of judgement) did not returned the disallowed properties to Police and police took no action and remained silent. Now, shall remain grateful if advise is provided on the following.
1) Whether complainant can be punished due to non adherance of court order and how
2) What formalities the accused need to do do obtain possession of the properties from Police as Bombay High Court dismissed the complainant's petition which means that the property ordered by sessions court for handing over to accused stands for execution.
3) Draft format of Bond which accused need to submit to receive possession of property, on what value of stamp paper and to whom the Bond is to be submitted.

Ticket amount from irctc
Dear Sir,
I had booked railway ticket from New Delhi to Ambala via IRCTC online and the date of journey was 09.10.2017 and ticket was confirmed. But the train was late for more 3 hours and hence i dropped my travel plan and did not traveled and had filed TDR on the same day asking for refund of my ticket amount. I received an email from IRCTC saying my request was repudiated the reason being i had traveled.
Hence i raised the concern to care@irctc.co.in, requesting to refund my ticket amount. But till now there is no response.
Can anybody guide me,how can i get my money back? Whats the procedure and how to proceed?
