PROPERTY CASE- MEMO CANCELLATION

My mother has bought a property on my name and my brother\'s name. She died when I was minor. My brother sold the property when I was minor. I had put a case for the same. the buyer met me and asked to compromise. Both side lawyers and the buyer convinced me to compromise for 40 cents. then my lawyer told that we will put a memo in case stating I have got 2 lakhs and had compromised, as one more case was goin on and if we put 40 cents land then it will have a negative impact on the other case. after we had put the Memo the buyer has totally changed and is not registering the land on my name. also both lawyers are telling that we cant cancel the memo. please guide what can i do.

Where to register will

respected all seniors, i am confused with one quary i.e one person wants to register his WILL. (there is no doubt that, registration of WILL is optional), still one person wants to register his will. he resides in dombivali. but due to some difficulties he does not want to register his will in Dombivali Sub-registrar. he want to register his will in THANE. dombivali and thane both places comes in thane district only. but still he wants to register WILL at thane. so my question is whether a person can register his will anywhere (in any sub-registration office) where his resident is situate. OR he will compulsory register his will in dombivali area.

Gratuity eligibility

I am working in private organisation and Employee is eligible for gratuity if he had completed 4 years and 240 days of continuous service in
company. So my question is what is continuous service? Do you consider the sick leaves/ Vacations taken by employee during 4 years and 240 days of service? Or while calculation of eligibility sick leaves/ Vacations should be excluded?
