2014 by issuing letters.

My 6 months old vw polo got pick up problem. It has hardly ran for 3919 kms in 6 months. Immediately i went to authorised seflrvice centre.. Where they asked to leave car.. Upon my follow ups for 3 continuous days asking the cause for the problem i was told that due to my driving clutch plate has damaged. I have one more vw polo in my house which is 3 yrs old and never showed any problem with my driving On above all i am driving car from past 15 yrs and never faced any such problem. I also dont understand how come parts of such renowned brand may wear off in 6 months. When only person who is driving the car is me They are saying that said part is not cover under warranty But when i received their estimate along with clutch they also want to replace slave cylinder and sensor (which is covered under warranty but charging for the same from me) Its been around 15 days now.. And my numerous follow ups to service center to their customer support helpline, calls and mails.. No response on their part.. Now after so many follow ups one of the manager of service center told us that vw has denied but we will bear 50 percent of your bill amount. I am still not convinced how my brand new car broke when i am not new to cars.. And how parts can be so worn out in 6months 3000kms run. Vw has really harassed us mentally in last 15 days. What can i do in this regard?

Case has been registered under section 138 and 420 against me in August 2016.
Out of fear..I left home and m absconding since then. I don't have a penny to repay nor to take legal assistance.
My parents and my younger sister live in the flat jointly owned in my and my sister's name.
Since I am jobless since 3 years..my sister pays the emi.
The complainant is in contact with me and is saying that running will not be solution.he is not showing any mercy
What are ways available to me. I miss my parents and I want to start my life again.
I was employed with Bank Of Baroda as officer... circumstances brought me here.

I am seeking your professional advice which will help to take right decisions, Writing on behalf on my father -in-law
My father-in-law owns a property in bangalore consisting Ground floor, first floor and seconds floor. with his Elder Son, and 2 daughters, second daughter is my wife.
He had planned to divide the property with among his children, son and 2 daughters, equally, - Son 2nd floor, Daughters 1, 1st floor and Daughter 2 ground floor.
His is concern here, both daughters had contributed 80% of the construction the property cost, son had never contributed anything, again does son need to compensate the cost to his sisters, or he is eligible without paying anything on the share.
If we need to divide the property equally, GIFT DEED will do or Partition Deed will do, or a WILL from the father will support.

I belong from Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh. I want to Know about gram sabha land if I build a House ( Chappar make in Mitti) at last 50 years and this my residence also. But My Gram Pradhan wants to fall in that house and threatens us repeatedly. Can he do it. and i do not have any more land to make another house.
Please give me right advice.

I am the Petitioner in OS . IA (Ex party Decree Set side petition) which was filed by defendents Dismissed .Os Judgement is Ex party Decree. ( Here Ex party because they should not file Written Statement).In IA They do not explain why they did not submit to court written statement ,why dealy to file written statement , they do not give day wise explanation in the set side petition .they filed IA(set Side Petition) exactly on 180th day after judgement .They file vakalath in Os also .in this circumstances they can file revision, in which grounds.

I "Sanju Goyal"passed my 12th From Cbse School In 2014.All My Id Proofs And Cbse Records registered as "Sanju Gupta".I want to Change My Surname to Goyal from Gupta. For that matter I apply for Change In Name But All Authroties Ask For Cbse Or Gazette Notification.Then I Applied for Gazette.And Received Gazette Notification.On The behalf of Gazetted i am able to change my name in all documents like DL,Pan Card,Voter Id.But Recently i visit Cbse For Change name.They Clearly Denied That we dont entertain Change Name Application.When I ask for Any Way they Tell me to Consult with a Lawyer.I dont know where to go and find lawyer for this Matter. Even I am Not able to hire or pay fee of Respected Lawyer...Need Help Now What to Do...I m trying to change name since 2013.
