my mother was expired 1965 and my father applied succession certificate after one year in the court.and evaluate our property 75000 and give a letter to deposit fees of succession 1966.In the letter,court declear two petitioner first is my father and second eldest sister that time my sister age was seven year and her guradian lawful my father according to the court letter. now problem is,my self sons of the petitioner (father mention above) have face problem property transfer because my father expired (father mention above) before 5 years and my elder sister done marriage against my father wished.how to transfer property and make registry? and old succession issued was that valid or not,fill new petition in the court? please guide.

Hi, I recently executed an agreement but my lawyer accidentally put the wrong article number in the 'Description of Document' column of the stamp paper. I wish to understand the complications of this. The stamp duty that was paid was of sufficient value as per the correct article. Will I have to execute another agreement as the article number is wrong? Will it fall under the category of 'improper description'? Please help me.

Hello experts...
I have posted an query regarding harassment by husband earlier. I got very usefull views from you people about it.
Now my query is i hav appointed a lawyer for my case and told him my whole story. He suggested me for DV case but the problem is i never stayed wid my in laws so their is no domestic relationship between me and them. But they have assulted me over phone and face to face thrice when they came here to meet me. So my query is how to take action against them.

One of my Relatives has approached me to find out the legal procedure to adopt her granddaughter. The adoptive parent is a single widow (Christian), Staff Nurse, aged 60 retired from her service last year December. She has own house and would like to adopt her eldest daughter's daughter who is 6 years old. The single widow has three daughters and one son. Three daughters are married.
1.Eldest daughter has one daughter
2.Second daughter has one son
3.Third daughter recently married
4.Son unmarried.

Myself Mohit Modi belonging to a Marwari Family (in Bihar) involved in cloth business.I have a NC-OBC certificate signed by District Magistrate which states that I belong to Modi Bania community and I have rights of reservation ( as per NCBC list serial no. 83) and correspondingly I have applied in CAT 2017 with that certificate and got admission call from IIM A.I am writing this to cross verify whether I belong to it or not and if I got admission will I face any problem in future?

Sir,
District collector has rejected the escheat proceeding on ground that -
1. Although the original owner has died in 1998 and a notarised POA was given in favour of "A" before 2 months of his death.
2. "A" executed the POA by Selling the property in 2017 to "B". so the district collector has no power to cancel the Sale deed registration. The matter is not fit to proceed under escheat.
I also registered the complaint under IPC 467, 120b, 471, 474, 34 etc and FIR also registered in 2018.

sir mai 2 years se up basic shiksha parishad mai teacher k pad karya kar rhi hu.Mai apne home district se nearly 300-400km k dur meri posting hai.Or mai unmarried hu mai wahan apne aapko safe nhi mehsoos kar rhi hu.Kya aisa koi law h ki mera transfer meri home distric mai ho sake.Kyuki up govt. ki policy ke anusar 5 years pure karne ke baad h mera transfer ho skta h.Meri home district mai bhut si post khali h teachers k.To kya mujhe court se transfer meri home district mai mil skta h?
