Hi, I need one clarification on chit fund fraud, we are 7 members subscribed to the one of the chit fund and paid the instalments. But now the chit fund owner is not ready to repay the amount. so how we can go further. Its more than 2 years and not responding to any calls. I have online transactions of every month payment so how can we go further legally can any one help on this.

We have two ancestral properties...one is a land ... another is a old house which is ruined...we are nine heirs...6 brothers 3 sisters..one of the brother is a mentally challenged person... nearly thirty years of treatment is going on for him.. his all treatment records sixth brother has...my husband is a second brother.. now all heirs agree to sale that properties...my suspects are
1.what records should we produce at the time of registration for mentally challenged person
2.if suppose the sixth brother failed to give proper documents for mentally challenged person what will happen
3.which records should we check out from the sixth brother for mentally challenged person before signing the registration

there are 4 defendants in one case and the plaintiff lawyer not noticed that only one member was appointed the lawyer then it is possible in the middle of proceddings to exparte them(a sale deed was executed by 4 defendants from unknown owner and plaintiff filed in the court. in the four defendants only one was kept the lawyer by filing vakaltha for himself only and not mentioning other three )

Civil suit for recovery of possession suit and i got judgement and order with cost and respondent expartie and judgement and decree on dated 20-9-2016 my advocate did not taken the judgement copy then i filed the ca in party in person and i got the judgment and decree
The suit land is agricultral land one venture purchase land in same sy no with other pattedars and build the boundry wall can i break that wall and take possession with the help of police
I have to filed the execution petition what are the requirement to filed the ep.

I am an Indian passport holder.My old passport being a hand written passport I applied for electronic passport in UAE.While checking I was informed my passport is a little damage(the paper was very old n there was a small tear)and I need to get an affidavit confirming it.I went and got an affidavit from the Indian Consulate in UAE and my new passport was issued and my old passport was returned with cancelled written in front.The first time when I travelled to India I had no problem in entrance and exit.But when I was exiting in 2017 for UAE I was told that my passport has not been cancelled and since it�s a damage passport I was asked to submit.I was told my passport will be returned once it is properly cancelled.Later after a month back I received a mail from the passport office in my India residence address that my passport is with them.On my return to India after 5 months when I tried to retrieve my old cancelled passport I was told it has been seized.I fail to understand on what bases they have cancelled my passport and how do I get back my old passport back.

Hello,
Are flat holders in an Apartment governed under Maharashtra Ownership flats Act,1971 bound to pay NON occupancy charges if they rent Thier flats?
Firstly the by laws adopted in the first year does not mention that and second year onwards 25% NON occupancy charges are applied to owners of the flat who have rented .
Are 25% NOC charges legal even if the flats are not governed by CHS?
