I joined bsnl as tta in 2012 and bsnl made me to sign bond agreement of duration 5 years which was not correct as it was reduced to 2 years in 2001.they made me to sign in old format for 5 year. I resign in 2016 so nowsuggest what should i do. They are asking bond money from me. I have proof in form of letter from personnel of bsnl mentioning 2 year bond duration for those who join after 2001.
Plz give me legal advice.

I made a complaint against Assistant-Director,Dist.Survey of Land Records to the A.P.LOKAYUKTA regarding non-surveying of my ancestral property lands.Recently,the Upalokayukta has been passed orders on by basing my complaint and directed me to appear in-person for hearings.
I am seeking injunction orders from the Upalokayukta along with survey & demarcation of land report to update records in Meebhomi portal webland.And at the same time,may I seek police protection order from the court to hand-over the land.?If so,under what section ,Act and rule to seek the direction for police protection?

Dear Experts,
2 women and 4 men's are involved in kidnap case FIR also registered 323,363,506 & 149 IPC. Moreover in CCTV footage women's are not visible or I can say they are in car. Police are not arresting the women's on the ground of women's are not visible in footage. There are the planner of crime. Two of accused person giving statement that women are with us.
1) Even women's are acknowledging that we are in kidnap, but we didn't hurt the petitioner.
2) How can I prove that women's are in crime???

In My husband"s family there are nine members including my husband... When we were living together in a joint family that time our family property documents went to his eldest brother's control... All are crossing the age above sixty years except the last sister. His elder brother neither ready to give the copy of the documents to all and nor ready to show... Showing his superiority power and ego he is telling when we sales the property that time only I produce ...all our family well educated youngesters thoughts is once we should see the documents before we start the sale procedure..is it possible to see the copy of the documents in online ... please clear our doubts....we are stucking in the middle of both.

My father get terminated from job in 2003 from health dept. bihar government. He filed a case in high court to set aside the resolution in 2007 and the final judgement came on August 2017.
The matter is that my father issued indents for Medicine in favour of MSD,kolkata for supply of medicines which latter distributed to various Primary Health Center. At that time he was not a competent authority to do so. Department placed corruption charges on him due to which he get suspended in 1998 and then terminated in 2003.
Same matter also happen with another two doctors Mr. Prabodh Jha and Mr. RP Singh. They also approached the court and when the decision comes in favour of them they were reinstated in service by department.
In my case the order came as..
(1) having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on consideration of the material on record,the court find merit in the writ petition. It would appeared that the aforesaid Dr. P jha and Dr. RP Singh were also proceeding against for having alleged placed indents for Medicine from MSD Kolkata in irregular manner in excess of allotment and for which they had been dismissed from service.however they were reinstated in service subject to certain penalties inflicted upon them. The fact stated by the petitioner in this regard have not been controverted by the respondents.
(2) in the above view of matter, the impugned resolution is hereby set aside and the matter is remitted to the commissioner cum secretary,dept. of health to consider the case of petitioner and pass order afresh in accordance with law and after grant of an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of this judgement.
In December a letter came from dept. to present before chief secretary with proof of innocency. Chief secretary ask the matter in brief in 3-4 mins
Recently dept send a letter stating that your dismissal punishment will stand same and your representation is rejected.
Is this comes under contempt of court?
When two Dr. reinstate in service having same matter then why the dept not reinstating my father back to Job
What can we do now???
