Gst

I am running a garment factory exporting garments to US and Europe. I buy materials after paying GST. Being an exporter I get duty drawback benefit only. I have rental income for which I collect GST from my tenant. Should I pay the GST collected to the Govt or can I adjust the same against the input credit. I have only once GST number for both activities.Please give your valuable advise. Thanks

Rental aggrement for 2014

Hi Sir, I have submitted my rental document for year Oct 2014 in my office. Now after almost 3 years they are asking me to submit again. I don't have the original copy as i have shifted home. Can you please suggest What can be done now??

Petation on My mother's mother agricultur land issue.

Hello sir my name is srinivas bheem.my mother and father separated.my mother staying at her mothers home since my birth.my grand ma expired in 1998.30 accre agricultural land is name of my grandmother(my mother's mother).after her death land is shared three maternal uncles.as usual 2.20 acre land given (gift lead)to my mother. my uncle disputes about this land.

1.i need to put petition on 30 acres land partician.
2.how to protect 2.20 acres land.
3.what is the process to make petition.
4.and expenses.

Appeal against non-credit of monthly pension

I draw my govt pension through a prominent private sector bank of the country. Recently, I submitted my life certificate to one of their branches as directed by the bank. However, it appears that the document is stuck somewhere in their internal channel and not reached the head office. Therefore the bank has withheld my complete pension till the documents reaching the head office.

Please advise if this is a ground for me to proceed against the bank's high-handed action.

i have pmo complain in pmo app in mobile. after 10 days case is close after we case in gujarat high court and 3 month after judgement high court but problem is i have opp legal adviser said please first pmo app case close certificate of affidavit please help us how to make affidavit ???

Can grand children sell the land assigned to grand father?

Hello All Experts,
One of my friends grand father was assigned some land in the year 1950 by the govt, now he expired in 1995 and my friends father applied for mutation, he has been given a Patta Pass book in the year 2002, no where being mentioned that the land is assigned. Now, my friends father is expired too, can my friend sell the land as he is looking for some investment. Currently the land is on my friends fathers as per Pahani, EC and Form 1B, and passbook. In all these certificates the land is mentioned as "PATTA".
Please help if he can go ahead and sell the land? Also, can he do a lay out and dispose, as the land now is between residential colony and not feasible for Agriculture.

Denying possession by builder

Registration of sale deed has been done in Aug 2016 but builder is denying possession on the ground of out standing amount as one of the PDC in the name of development fees during sale deed registration which was not in our agreement has got rejected by bank on some technical ground but I donot wan to give this payment now as they blackmailed me before registration and now they are denying to give possession letter and the same time they have not got occupancy and completion certificate from authrity and in this way I am loosing incometax rebate on my interest part against housing loan.Pls suggest what I have to do.
