False allegation for determining a sex of baby

Hi,

My wife has put a false allegation on me about determining a sex of the baby during our 125 CRPC / DV / 498 A case. She was about 13 weeks pregnant as per the date she mentioned.

I searched out on google and there is no accurate way to identify the sex of the baby until that time of pregnancy with a simple ultrasound.

Please help me with supported findings and how I can fight these cheap false allegations.

Regards,

Father's land

Dear sir

Im mrs kabita choudhuri from Kolkata. My father had bought a piece of land ( 5 kathas) approximately. He died in the year 1997. I have six brothers and two married sisters and one unmarried sister. Im myself married.

My brothers recently have decided that they want to demolish my father's house on this land and consruct a residencial apartment building on this land with the help of promoters ( building developers).

My question is that can i claim a share in this new building to be constructed and if my name should feature in the agreement between the two parties.
In this context let me also let you know that my brothers are trying to make me forcefully sign a paper where i give up all claims to the said property( father's land). This is completely against my will. They are saying that since our father had died before 2005, being a married daughter i had no rights to ancestral land. Can i stop them from entering into an agreement with the promoter regarding construction of a residencial flat building on this land.

I would also requests you to tell me if i have any claim over my late father's land being a married daughter. My father having deceased before the year 2004.

Kindly guide me in this matter

Training consultancy not paying remuneration for trainers

Hi,

I have worked to a corporate training consultancy(registered to Delhi state) as a freelancer trainer(from Bangalore) and given a training to corporate software company(In Bangalore). Got very positive feedback from the client company. But the training consultancy is not ready to pay the full amount as mentioned in the work order.
We have a valid work order, feedback forms of that training, mail conversations of the partial amount discussions.

How to proceed further in a legal way?

Thanks and Regards,

Validity of an order got by misrepresentation

If a person has got an exparte order from the High Court by misrepresentation of the facts of the case in his application, will the order still be legally enforceable in the lower court? Shouldn't the order be void in such a case as it happens to a contract(voidable at the option of the aggrieved party)
