Hi
Recently I applied for name change to govt of India and got the changes done in all public documents after the approval.
Now I would like to change my certificates as well to make everything complies wrt new name. Kindly let me know the details to change my name in degree certificate from Andhra University and if possible 10th & intermediate as well from AP state board.

Respected Seniors
I am working on deal for a hotel aggregator company.
The management has put forward a query stating that :
"In case of there is a fire for any reason whatsoever in a hotel that is not OWNED but managed by the Company ONLY then in such a case is there a direct liability on the Directors of the Hotel Aggregator company".
The obvious answer is YES: there is a liability as stated in multiple judgement, but they are not accepting my viewpoint citing that the liability will be only of the Owner only and not of the company as it is just managing the property. They also state that if this is the case their business is at high risk.
As experts I seek your opinion on this if I am missing out on any aspect of law here.

P.S: The liability if any is independent of any statutory compliance which are any way being followed.

Sir I have worked about 2 years in Central government employee as MTS-1800 grade pay . Now I have selected in Delhi police constable-2000 grade pay. I have not intimate to the current department about this. Now I want to Resign from this on personal ground but department is not accepting my resignation and time to join Delhi police department is very less. I am in depression. Please suggest me sir. Dear sir
1. I would like to know that in case of deemed suspension (due to spending of more than 3 months in jail) review of suspension is required or not ?
2. And in same case can the suspension be revoked by the authorities, if the case is still going on in court and the verdict is yet to be delivered?

I had registered an FIR at an police station no information has been given to about the closure as i was forced to stay away from my own home at bannerghatta police station limits at Bangalore rural.I am staying in an different location as there is a threat to my life by that individuals group .so guide me if possible.Regards, Narasimha.N.Topannavar.
