Gpf related

Sir,मैं बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग में कार्यरत हूँ। बेसिक शिक्षा विभाग जनपद अलीगढ़ में कार्यरत् शिक्षक एवं शिक्षिकाओं को वर्षों से उनके वेतन से GPF कट तो रहा है लेकिन विभाग शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं को GPF ACCOUNT की न तो लेखा पर्ची देता है और ना ही कोई जानकारी। किस प्रकार शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं को GPF की लेखा पर्ची दिलवाई जा सकती है ?
यही हाल NPS कटौती का भी है । NPS कटता तो है लेकिन शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षिकाओं के NPS ACCOUNT में WEBSITE पर दिखाई नही देता । दोनो समस्याओं से सम्बन्धित की बार मीटिंग की जा चुकी है किन्तु अधिकारी अगले महीने-अगले महीने करते रहते । क्या करना चाहिए ?

Dear Sir,

I purchased a land which was under Bhogwata 1 during sale deed registration period. Now within 2 weeks of purchase the Talhati has changed it to Bhogwata 2. On speaking with him he is saying its a 11 Arcre land Gat and my portion is 4 acre. A portion of the Gat has moved under Bhogwata 2 hence all Gat is showing as Bhogwata 2. He is telling me i need not be concerned. Can some experts throw some light here please.

How can i verify what he is saying.

I've filled case against manager of State bank of india for withdrawing of service charge from my s/b a/c during demonetization period and he was announced exparte by the forum for not filling WV within the period specified under section 13(b) of CPA 1986,
after a long time (more than one year) now he filled petition to set aside exparte order and reopen the case but I strictly objected and submitted a copy of order pronounced by Honble
WEST BENGAL SCDRC which breifly contents"NEITHER DIST FORA NOR STATE COMMISSION HAS POWER TO SET ASIDE THE EXPARTE ORDERS" but the president of district forum allowed their petition for reopening the case once again

Kindly advise me what to do?

Different father's name in all my certificates

My father's name and his name in all my documents are different. I am now facing problems to apply for die and harness case & in obtaining a legal heir certificate too. Although he is my biological father all my documents have another name. Please help.

Loan without interest is money lending

I have given loan to few people without interest through cheque/ bank .............there is loan agreement signed by him and his gurantor has also signed gurantee paper...............they have also given me cheque and promissory note......................would it be considered money lending is there anything illegal ( as I have given loan without interest)

Property

Hi, my father-in-law is having a property which he brought it on his own however in the documents it has been mentioned as heridity, in few of the assets as from sale. My mother-in-law is a second wife and she has been expired recently.

My father-in-law is having only 2 daughters from my mother-in-law.

My father-in-law is having 1 elder daughter from his first wife. She is involved in all the businesses and land assets.

My father-in-law has adopted a son from orphanage home and he is having 2 sons. His name as son has been mentioned in the Ration card, aadhar card.

My wife and her sister brought up in such a way they do not know the details of their assets.

We do not know the elder daughter has written the assets on her name.

Can we give injunction order if it happens or any other way to get the assets of her father rightfully.

Sale agreement on 100 rs stamp paper

Hi
I have got into an agreement with buyer for propert sell before 5 months. I took 2 lac advance payment. Agreement doesnt state any time duration but it was orally agreed that i will receive the remaining payment in 1 week.
Can you please advise what I can do to cancel the agreement?
Also i want to cancel the agreement as i got to know the property price is going to increase in 6 months.
Please advise.

Adoption

can a male above 85 yr adopt a person of 50 yr. adoptee"s father & mother died.but since 5 yrs such 50 yr grown up person is living with such 85 yr old man.
can he adopt him now or not ?

I am buying a property which was partitioned in 1996 in the partition sisters have not been included according to them they have given share in other properties and they will not come as consenting witness
can i buy this property without sisters signature will they not claim there share later please advise

Need to know the procedure

Hi

I have a agri land in Daudpur U.P. And it's registered with the name of my father. He died 1 year ago. Now my tau ji is saying you need to pay 50 to 60 k to transfer under my name. I said what you are talking about. The land automatically get transfer to the child or mother . Why shoul i pay this hefty amt. I need to know is this true? And also tell me the procedure to get it transfered to my mother and me. Currently i am in New york , working with it company and i am coming to india next month. So please guide how i can do this alone.
