Sir,
one of my friend taken COP from ICAI and become member and after that he has passed LLB exam and enrolled as an advocate after that and he is practicing as an advocate also before diferent courts. Can he do that. If he is doing can we make complaint and what will be the penalty for the same. Also tell me whether any anonymous complaint can be filed

Session court aur judge court ne mere bail reject kar de.but judge court ne ye likh kar diya hai ki ladies ka saadi se pahle aur baad me bhi ladko se relationship tha. Mere family ke logo ko bail mill gaye.mai high court Ranchi gaya waha par mere kise bhi documents ko jadge ne nahe dekha aur mujse kaha ki 10000 RS months dena hoga tabhi bail mille ge, Maine mana kar diya aur usne bail reject kar de.usne documents me likha ki mediation fail ho gaye hai is liye bail reject karta hu.ab Mai suprim court me apply kar raha hu, kya waha mere documents dekha jaaye ge?? Aur kya mujhe waha bail mill sakte hai. Mai suprim court me high court ke judgement ke khilaf appeal kar sakta hu ki judge ne mere documents nahe dekha tha aur usne jaan bujh kar aisa faisla likha hai.iske jaach ki jaaye.

My self Jitendra Rawat and self-work as Manager with a reputed organization, as compliance requirement all vendors attendance and compliance paper need to verifying by me before submitting to the billing department for payment process.
Our one of vendor submitted some compliance documents to me for verification purpose but due to some discrepancies same returned to them for clarification.but vendor scan my sign from another document and paste on documents and send to the billing department for payment process. during verification of account department self-found that vendor submitted papers to account department without my signature and I am seen my forged signature on same.
I need strict action against him because, by this signature, he was applied for claim bill of huge amount.
I have all relevant documents and mail .
Please suggest me what I do.

Good morning and greetings of the day,
I am K K Jha, working as a Senior Manager (Public Relations) with Shree Maheshwar Hydel Power Corporation Limited in Indore (Madhya Pradesh) since 1999. Work of the project had stopped from 2012 to 2016 and employees were not being paid salaries since months. In May 2014, the then CGM of the project issued a temporary transfer order in my name through email directing me to join at the project site from Indore on temporary basis. After that I had gone on a leave of one month and after I returned from my leave, I verbally talked to Mr Jafar to allow him to work from Indore keeping in view that all the works at the project had been stopped and non-payment of salaries to employees. He verbally allowed me to work from Indore. From June 2014 onward, like earlier I continued to send my attendances from Indore and the same was duly verified by him till January 2015 and thereafter, by other competent authority at the project site till March 2016. In the meantime, like other project employees, I was paid my salaries from June 2014 to December 2014 (post my temporary transfer order). From Jan 2015, the then project management stopped making payment of monthly salaries to the project employees on account of fund constraints. In June 2016, the power finance corporation took over the project from the promoter and started paying regular salaries to the project employees, barring me on the plea that I had not joined at the project site following my transfer. It was only from October 2016 onward, they allowed me to work from the site, even as I continued to send my attendances from Indore up to September 2016.
In the meantime, PFC released pending salaries of the project employees of nine months but I was denied the same by the SMHPCL senior management on the plea that I had not joined by duty at the project site after my temporary transfer order.
My submission is when the previous management had approved and verified my attendances for 15 months starting from Jan 2015 to March 2016, can I be denied my pending salaries on the plea that I had not joined at the project site. If the management had verified my attendances of the given period and also made payment of six months salaries during that period, does it has any right to deny my pending salaries simply on the ground that I had not joined my duty at the project site after my transfer order ?
Also, when I have been a regular employee of the project, the new project MD did not approve my attendances from June 2016 to September 2016 and allowed me to work from site only from October 2016. Can I also make claim of my salaries of these period? Pl do give your valuable suggestions as to whom and where should I approach to claim my pending salaries.

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
please help me on following condition
1) i got married on 25/05/14
2) After marriage we live together in pune
3) After marriage there was not any physical relation between us
4) so I search what is reason of her such behavior
5) After 2 months of marriage I got information about her Affairs and after marriage when i went on work she talk with her boy friend.
6) So I given all information to his father and mother also and give intimation to her don't call to him and in-front of me, my brother , my father, and her mother and father and my mother's sister she accept that she and her boy friend are in a relation and we cant live without him. but that time we all tell her it was your past so forgot it and start newly and she ready for live with me but after some day she behaving physiologically and not doing any work of home.
7) between 1 year of marriage we all people told to her many time to forgot him but she didn't forgot and her conversation with her boy friend is going on.
8) one day she left my home with her father with out any reason
9) when i ask for come to home she said i am not coming and i am waiting court notice
10 ) till 2 months she not come
11) After that on date 22/07/2015 I file for divorce on basis of 13 (1) (ia)
12) Court send notice to her but she refuse to take it and not come in front of court.
13 ) I Got divorce on date 12/08/2016
14) After divorce I told them i got divorce from court
15) and I got married second time on date 19/11/2016
16) After my second marriage 4 month later file court under domestic violence
17) I submit my divorce document in court then she file anther under 125 for maintenance
So I request to you help me in following question
1) Can court allow her petition ?
2) may have to give maintenance to her
3) If i am not ready to give maintenance to her then what proofs required to me for submit in court.

I need the help of lawyers practicing for Labour Laws for the below query.
I'm Working In private Limited company more then two years, As on date company has not share / given confirmation letter to me. Meanwhile, I have got a good opportunity from other company and I have decided to move out of company.
When I put my regeneration letter to HR team as per joining kit which says if the employee is on probation period then the notice period will be 30 days, but Got revert as " You are Deemed confirmed employee as you are with us more then One and Half year and you are also got one increment. Thus the notice period is 90 days. And if you not complete your notice period then balance days will be get deducted from your last month salary."
Kindly help me to get to know is there any such low exist as deemed confirmation ??? And if such clause not given on joining kit then also will it apply to me?
