Respected Sirs/Madam,s,
I am in need of a Relationship Certificate (which should indicate the relationship of myself and my daughter) to produce the same for the admission to medical college in Kerala during the admission to MBBS since myself and my daughter are NRI - and the above document is the proof to re-confirm the relationships. This document is mandatory in Kerala but not sure about the case in Tamilnadu. But since I am a resident of Tamilnadu and my wife and children are of Kerala, I need to get the Relationship Certificate from Tamilnadu Revenue Authority as I understand. But unfortunately, the concerned VAO / Village officer is not willing to issue this certificate and his justification is that he has never been issued such any certificate so far to anyone !
I am helpless here to proceed further and not aware to whom I should approach. I would please be requested you to help on this regard, with your kind advice.

यह सब जानकारी में अपने अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी के पक्ष में रख रहा हूं मेरे अंकल ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री में सर्विस करते थे उन्होंने अपनी सर्विस के दौरान ही दो शादियां कर रखी थी और प्रथम पत्नी का नाम उनके सर्विस बुक में दर्ज था 2003 में वहां ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री से सेवानिवृत्त हो गए थे और 2011 में उनका देहांत हो गया था और वहां ज्यादातर अपनी दूसरी पत्नी के साथ ही रहते थे पहली पत्नी के साथ कम रहना और उनसे कम मिलने के कारण 2011 में जब मेरे अंकल का देहांत हुआ मेरे अंकल की पहली पत्नी को 3 साल बाद पता चला कि उनके पति का देहांत हो गया है | देहात की खबर सुनने के बाद मेरे अंकल की पहली पत्नी ने पारिवारिक पेंशन प्राप्त करने हेतु ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री में पत्राचार किया तो उनको पता चला की उनके नाम का गलत इस्तेमाल कर मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी 2 साल से भी अधिक समय तक पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ उठा चुकी थी उसके बाद मेरे अंकल की पहली पत्नी के पत्राचार करने के बाद उस पेंशन को रोका गया और और फिर ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री द्वारा विभिन्न एजेंसियों और डिस्ट्रिक्ट मजिस्ट्रेट द्वारा जांच कराई गई | दोनों जांच में पाया गया कि पेंशन पाने की हकदार मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी है और उसके बाद ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री द्वारा मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी के दस्तावेज मांगे गए पेंशन जारी करने के लिए अग्रिम कार्यवाही की गई पर हमको इस बारे में कुछ नहीं पता था कि ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री के कुछ कर्मचारी मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी से मिले हुए थे | ऑर्डिनेंस फैक्ट्री के अधिकारियों कि मिलीभगत के कारण यह मेरे अंकल की दूसरी दूसरी पत्नी 2011 से 2013 तक पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ उठा सकी , उस पर सरकारी धन का दुरुपयोग करने की कार्यवाही नहीं हो पाई और ना ही मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी की 2013 से अभी तक पेंशन नहीं लग पाई है अब मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी द्वारा डिस्ट्रिक्ट कोर्ट का जजमेंट ऑर्डनेंस फैक्ट्री में सौंपा गया है जिसमें 2006 में मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी को ex parte डिवोर्स देने की बात कही गई है जबकि हमारे समझ में यह नहीं आ रहा है जब 2006 में मेरे अंकल ने मेरी आंटी को Ex parte डाइवोर्स दे दिया था तो दूसरी पत्नी द्वारा मेरी आंटी का नाम इस्तेमाल करके 2 साल से भी अधिक समय तक पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ क्यों उठाया गया ... मेरे प्रश्नों यहां है... 1)- जबकि मेरे अंकल की दूसरी पत्नी द्वारा प्रथम पत्नी का नाम इस्तेमाल करके पारिवारिक पेंशन का लाभ गलत तरीके से उठाया गया तो इस मुद्दे में हम क्या करें? 2)- मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी द्वारा बताया गया है उनको एक भी बार कोर्ट द्वारा Ex Parte डाइवोर्स के संबंध में समन नहीं भेजा गया और ना ही Ex Parte डाइवोर्स की जजमेंट कॉपी भेजी गई जिस के अगेंस्ट में वह अपील कर सकें | 3)- क्योंकि मेरे अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी का नाम पेंशन पेमेंट ऑर्डर और सर्विस बुक में अभी भी दर्ज है तो क्या पेंशन पाने की असली हकदार अभी भी मेरी अंकल की प्रथम पत्नी है जबकि उनको कोर्ट द्वारा Ex Parte डाइवोर्स दे दिया गया है |

Sir, i caught while drinking in public place in hyderabad, policetaken me to police station and they took my address in a white paper and collected 500rs from me. i left the police station after 30 minutes. They not produced me at any court. Am i not eligible for goverment jobs now??? Am afraid of that. Plz reply me sir..

How can I find out whether a particular company was converted under Part IX of the Companies Act, 1956? I am aware of the procedure to be followed by an enetity for conversion but could someone help with a memo or circular as to what procedure was the ROC supposed to follow for converting partnership firms into a private limited company under Part IX? Eg: I learn that a stamp stating "Converted under Part IX" would be there on the incorporation certificate. But where is this written?

Recently I got selected in a central government job so I resigned my job in a PSU . I applied for this central government job after 25 days of joining in PSU , so I didn't mention this PSU job in experience column. Now I got attestation forms to fill for central government job , is it ok now to mention my service in PSU ?

Sir/Madam In my Dv case lower court has ordered 7000 /pm and 5 lakhs (to be paid within 3 months i.e by 28.02.2018) as compensation for my wife. At present Two childs are resides with my in laws. I have filed appeal, court has rejected to give stay but appeal is under trial. Court has called Lower court records.
If my op lawyer filed contempt in lower court, is there any possibility to issue Flw/arrest warrant? If police will put me in jail is it affect my govt (Karnataka state govt)job?

I have moved a petition for divorce on grounds of cruelty. It proceeded Ex-parte and order was reserved for today. Today judge pointed out that I had by mistake in the title written "petition u/s 13(1)(A)" instead of 13(1)(1A). what options do I have? It's a typographical error. I have given all the evidence, pleadings about cruelty only. Please help me with a judgement if any. It took 4 years for the case to reach at this stage. Dismissing it will cause grave injustice to Petitioner.
Please Please Help me with anything.

My in laws & wife filed 498 a case against me. In DV case court in its final judgement has ordered 5 lakhs compensation & 7000 as maintenance. Now my mother wants to give one plot of 1500 sft which was her self purchased property.
Is my wife will entitled her share if it transferred to me.

Can a lawyer practise in the high court of a state
pls let me know if a lawyer can practise in the state high court if he is registered in the bar council of that state.
is there any seperate registration to practise in the high court.
