First allottee of tnhb flat sold the flat mentioning 1/3 share of uds of land extent of plinth area of flat since uds not mentioned in the original sale deed. The second purchaser got correct uds from tnhb thro deed of rectification in his favour. Whether the original allottee has any share in the uds assigned to the second purchaser.

If some body is studying in delhi university and also working in government job. He get UFM in particular subject and got debarred for one year. Will he be eliminated from present government job due to debarred in university???

My husband’s grandfather, father, and he are listed in the government 7/12 index document through inheritance. He applied for a farmer certificate, also filed 8A but the Prant Officer (SDM) rejected the application. The rejection was based on the fact that in 1983, our grandfather inherited the land from his brother, rather than directly from his great grandfather(who passed away early at young age) and my grandfather's entry was recorded 32 years later when big brother was alive.
What steps can we take to obtain the farmer certificate?
