Hello. Me and my husband decided for the divorce on mutual consent. And the alimony amount decided is 8 lkh. But they decided to pay me 50% amount on the day we will write application on 100rs stamp paper and rest 50% will be deposited in the court after 20 days. But I will not be allowed to pick the rest 50% amount till the date decree is received. Is there not any legal way where I can recive the rest 50% on the day I file for 13(B). As this seems to be hinderance for me but not for my husband. Kindly help me

i was dealing with a Reputed pump company from coimbatore. i was making with them both the purchase and payment as per specified terms till 30th of december 2017. i have sent them replacement pumps for 1.42lakh on 5th september 2017 and have not received my replacement till 30th december and hence forth i had to pay them 2.66lakh(before replacment). After repeated intimation for service they did not reply.
at the 30th march they said you have outstanding hence we have not done any replacement.I lost hope from the company and hence i said them not to send the pumps and adjust the amount for the same into my account. Furthur by may they sent 20% worth material pumps but non saleable condition and i intimated them this could not be sold.
Again is sent material of Rs.22000 by 30th june for service. They said they would service and send but still they did not send and hence i have to provide new pieces to customer.
Now i hold replacement pieces upto Rs.40000 in my permises. And still 2.5lakh worth material lying idealy my godown and each product carries 2years warrenty.
Now they have served with notice on 25-07-2018 with acknowledgement stating outstanding and request for payment . I am struct with it what to do.
please help me with this for same

My sister got married in 2007 and since her marriage she is facing the domestic violence. In 2010 at the time of the birth of her first girl child her husband tortured her badly from the time of delivery as he wants a boy child from her, he even hostage her in home and beat her badly in the fear of which we called her to come to our home with her child here she lives till 2014 in which she went to women commission who further transfer her case to PO then the case went to the court but the time when the case date was about to come they come to meet my father to solve the situtation out of the court as she wants to settle down again on the verge of the future of her daughter they withdrawn the case. As soon as he takes her back he agai after some time started to tourted her and forcefully makes her pregnant and in 2015 she gave the birth to another girl child again thier wish of baby boy was not fulfilled and they again started tortured her badly we have to send all the money to her to meet her expenses since than till now he is physically and mentally tortured her. In May he hits her badly with the stick and smashed her head on ground after which he tried to kill her by pressing her throat to which somehow she managed to survive she is now living with us with her two girl child. She dont want the divorce but wants to know the remedies police is not filling FIR as they just said they will conduct a counselling with her husband she is in deep depression we dont know what to do as we filled a DV case they r not coming from the last four dates they somehow managed to stop the delivery of the summons. Please help and suggest

Dear Expert,
if someone file HMP 13(A) after 17 years of marriage life, husband not appointed any lawyer for case and today both are in court, and judge asked for lawyer of husband but husband told that he has no money to appoint any lawyer.
He is ready to go to Jail but he has no money to appoint lawyer and he is ready to take his wife go back to his home.
But he is very dangerous man continuously disturb her wife, wife is stay with her mother and father.
In this situation what is the future of case , pertains if he is not ready to appoint lawyer

Can a daughter claim her right on the immovable property of her grand father.But the said property has already been converted into her fathers name in the RORs.
Pl clarify about the right of a married daughter on the inherited property not yet partitioned/already partitioned between the brothers of her father.
What is inheritance of generation.Her father is alive and grand father is not.

Validity of agreement of sale with possesion
My father signed an agreement of sale to sell house property with with possession in the year 1977, the buyer made part payment/advance at the time of agreement. And the buyer did not turn up to pay the balance and did not get it registered, my father expired in the year 2003. I wish to know whether the agreement is still valid after 20 years.
The buyer is planning to sell the property to a third party claiming he has the agreement of sale with possession.
Request answer at the earliest quoting, the judgments passed in similar cases.
