Difference Between Section 282 & 131 Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. Who can send to whom,why & what is the time limit if any.Detail Information regading the above matter with a suitable example.I.E.(regarding summons & service of notice) & if the files is send with the detail information then please send it in a word format a kind request as working under a ca firm this will matter me a lot please help me as far as possible.

FIR was filed in March 2008 u/s 498a,406, 506 and till date no investigation. No death, No injury.
1. What should I do?
2. Is there a way to Quash FIR?
3. Is there a way to get list of phone numbers from which a calls were made in year 2007, and list of phon numbers to which calls were made to support their allegations.
4. Where will the case be tried? is there a chance to order to try the case in different place where offense has not occured.

in the state of UP the assistant labour commissioners as well as DLC are functioning as authority to hear the matter under the Minimum wages Act ? Are they competent ? How? PL give the basis of Notification if any ? judgments in this regard ?

My father purchased a plot with house in Thane in the year 1980. The said property was registered in the name of my mother. The investment was made in the property by my father out of his retirement dues + other by way of personal loans. My father expired in the year 2006. We are three brothers (all married) & no sisters. First son has 2 sons only. Second son has one son & one daughter. Third son has only one son. Can you please tell me :
1. Can the mother refuse the share in the property to any one or all the 3 sons ?
2. Do the sons have a legal right in the parents property ?
3. Can the mother make unequal division of the property between the 3 sons ?
4. Does this property fall in the category of acquired property or heriditary property ?
I request you to please clarify and guid me in this regards at your earliest.

Can family pension will be deducted from award of MACT.Widow of deceased is getting family pension after the retirement date of deceased.Please qout any Supereme court,s law relating pension.I am advocate for claiments side.

My advocate has become very pally with the advocate of the opposite party and seems to have given up on my case just when we were on a stronger platform he has started absenting himself from court hearings also.. I suspect he has been harnessed in cash & kind. How can I get him back / or force him to be honest. He is good in his work.Should I look for someone else ? Is there no work ethics , how can I force him to be loyal? Please help. I am worried.
