Dear Sirs.
My brother is a teacher in Bihar Government. He has been falsely implicated in one criminal case by neighbors. They have complained that he has fired on them with desi revolver which was missed. They have also told that the one bullet fired by another accused has hit on the back.
As the case is purely fabricated to implicate him, but as per FIR he was in possession of a unlicenced revolver and fired with it which did not hit the target.
I solicit the kind advice of the experts on the following:-
Can session court grant anticipatory bail in this case, is it feasible?
And can he be dismissed from service even if he gets bail from High Court after being in custody for some days.

Hello Sir,
I'm a son of 2nd wife of my father. First wife had left my father with her 3 children long back. First wife and children had claimed compensation from my father when he was working and it was settled by the court.
my father is no more and it's been 11 years since he has passed away.
I'm considerably doing well and i have build a house of my own 6 years back. And there is a site in my moms name as well.
Now i'm not claiming for any ancestral property of my grand parents neither do I want any thing from them.
Q1. Legally can the first wife and their children claim for property which is in my name and my moms name? (Solely acquired by me through my earning)
Q2. They have gone to the village to claim for ancestral property after 25 years which I'm fine with and I'm not interested in that at all. But they are going on telling people in village that if I go there they will create problems for me. I do not want to go there and I dont want to claim for the property at any given time. How do I take legal action for threatening me?
Q3. Now my fathers brother had 2 son's and they want to claim for the ancestral property too. For that they are asking me to intervene as I'm the son of second wife and through me they can fight a case with first wife of my father and their sons.
Q4. how do i legally convey that I'm not interested in that ancestral property and how do i make sure they don't trouble me.
I just don't want to get it in this mess at all. Please suggest the right move.

Dear sir ..
I had given 20 lakhs to my friend through cheque for 3 months as he was in need .. he had given me blank cheques signed without date n amount ... After requesting he is not returning amount .. I used on of cheque for the 20 lakh amount cheque returned with remark funds insufficient .... What should I do .. I have bank statement to prove it's given ..

Hello sir
We want to build a new house on the place of our old house . Old house is more than 40 years old. My relation is not good with neighbors . So neighbors are not allowed us to make the new house at the place of old one . Can they filed stay order on this place? If yes how can we take NOC against any stay order. Please help me I was in trouble.

Sir my mother was victim of acid attack and she got her eyes damaged n now she is recovering her eye sight...filed a complaint as some unknown person attacked ...police arrested our cousin as attemting the attack..now he is in remand..if we take take our case back is there chance to get our cousin out of this pls guide...his bail has been cancelled..

State bank of India had been in my building since 1990. Since one year the bank managers are pressuring me to build a new building or that they will move to another building built by others. I didn't even recover the money I spent in building this old property since the rent was very less. How do i deal with this situation? Have i got no other way than to build a new building?

False dowry case before marriage
Hi, My Roka was done to a girl on 22th April 2018 and was scheduled to marry her on 20th june 2018. As I could not adjust with the girl, I asked my parents to call off the marriage. I had also told the mediator that as I am not able to adjust its better to call off the wedding, but he was just pressurise me and my family to marry her . I also ready to paying all expense which is done in roka by her father . but he Getting angered by this, the girl's father has filed a false dowry case against me and my family. He had spent 1 lac money in booking the hall but is asking double the amount than required. and After that the complainant
raised a false allegation against me, it is completely false and
incorrect statement that I demanded Rs 2,50,000 Lac cash and 1

reality I didn’t demand anything from the complainant. also he was said to he give us 2.5 lac cash to when he come to my home. that is also totally false. After that the

There is no bank transaction which he can show in the court. I just do not want to be harassed by all this legal drama. So , can you give me some advice ?
