No scope of work

Hi sir im working in ltd company from last 4yrs recently i got increment letter last 15 days ago now yesterday i got a mail from company side there is no scope of work due to company policy changes. I just wanna ask with any notice is that company can terminate me?

Kaniyan & kaniyar caste

Sir i have been a government employee selected under st category sum person has filed a case against me that she belongs to OBC not ST and proved As OBC in district social welfare office but in the same office they have proved that my father belongs to ST Kaniyan caste

Time limit for presenting arguments

Dear Laerned Lawyers,
In a Civil Suit in the lower court, after the evidences closed (Cross-examination), is there any time limit for submitting / presenting the arguments by the plaintiff side ? Even after three months gap, the plaintiff side did not come forward to submit / present the argument. Please quote any citation if there is any.

Purchase of municipality approved plot - concerns

Hi Sir, I purchased a municipality subdivision approved plot in Chennai near Madipakkam area in the year 2012. The plot has to be reached via 24 ft road and then 20 ft road. When I applied for building plan approval with CMDA, the CMDA authorities have said that the municipality subdivision approval is not in order because the 24 ft approach road is not handed over (gift deed) to local body or corporation at that time. But the subdivision in the layout plan diagram is approved by Municipality officer. I am hearing from experts that this subdivision would have not been approved without approach road handover to local body. Whom to reach out for this to get this fixed? I need to get this fixed to get the building plan approval.

Definition of obsolete pattern in section 45c of arms act

hi
i want to know that what is the definition of obsolete pattern in section 45c of arms act 1959.

as i search on internet i only know about that matchlock, flintlock, hand cannons and cap and ball pistol and revolver fall in this category but they were not 100% sure.

so please can help me in this?

Lessee absconded how to cancel the registered lease deed

Hello,
My grand father (Lessor first party) given land on lease in the year 2002 and lease validity is seven years. Lessee (second party) vacated after the lease period and we did not knew that we have to cancel the registered lease deed. so now when we want to apply a bank loan and and asked for EC copy as one of the documents for loan and saw an entry still exists in the EC and now lessee absconded or not will to come and sign before sub register office and also there is a clause mentioned that if the lessee after the lease period did not hand over the property then he has to pay 500rs per day till the time he vacates from the lease expiry date and also one more clause included that the guarantor (third party) has agreed for any losses to the first party by not vacating the land by lessee, then his property can be seized as the second party is not having anything under his name as they are relatives and agreed the terms in the lease. And now when we contacted the address mentioned at the time of registration he is not available there and also contacted through other source that he is not interested in coming to sub register office for cancellation of lease. Now my question is can we send a legal notice to the second party and third party about the cancellation and can we have a rights on the third parties land as we can see there is a lease mentioned in the EC stating that the second party did not handed over the land. And also how can we get a loan from the bank. And how to erase the entry in the EC can any one kindly guide us in the matter so that we can take a legal action.
