I have purchased a plot a long time ago. The developer is not making sale deed saying that the project has not been given "Non Agricultural" status by authorities.
To verify the status of my plot, I want the Survey Number of my plot. The project consists of many survey numbers, as it is a large project. How can I get the survey number of this project and my plot ?

I have availed a house building loan from SBI Guwahati whereas my flat is located at Kolkata (West Bengal). Can Equitable Mortgage can be created by SBI/me at Kolkata even if I have availed loan from Guwahati(Assam, India).

I am incapacitated central govt employee.. CAT chandigarh order supernumerary post for me. And accordingly department processing the same but now pay given to me is only Basic + DA. Service benefits hs been withdrawn such as HRA and Transport allowance and annual increments. I want to know whether I am entitled for HRA , annual increments and particularly transport allowence.
Plz reply.

A Pvt. finance company filled the complaint under N.I.Act - 138 against a person who is employee of partnership firm because when Owner of the firm received the load from complainant he give surety check of his employer...So now finance company go to court ...Now in this case accused's daughter is physically disabled more than 80%... Can accused fill the Permanent exemption application & court allowed or not ??

main ap sabhi se ye janna chahti hu k agar husband apni wife aur 2 sal k bachhe ko chhor de.tb kya krna chahiye.maine aur mere husband ne 07.05.2014 ko love marriage ki.mujhe huband kabhi sasural ni le gaye.wo bihar se hai aur main kanpur se.hmara ek beta hai.abhi 2.6 year ka hai.husband bahar rahte hai job perpose se.january 2018 me unhone ye kah kar chhor diya k main dur rah kr demand puri karunga.but tere pas ni rahunga
rahi bat rahne ki to itna batna kafi hai k mera beta apne pita ko pahchanta nahi hai.4 month ka tha jb job k karan bahar gaye.Dec-15 me hua tha beta .tb se lekr aj tk 4 tym aaye wo.last time sep-17 me aaye they.meri koi job ni h .mummy papa ki financially condition thik ni hai.bache ka admission mama ne karaya hai.
mujhe apne liye kuch ni chahiye kya bete ke prati bhi koi farj nahi hai ?????

Hi,
I had purchased a flat in a Cooperative Society in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, more than 13 years back. The Society got a completion certificate about 4 years back after which registrations of the flat became possible.
Due to some reasons I was not able to get registration done earlier and am getting it done now.
The Society is now asking me to pay 1% of the circle rate of the flat as NOC charges, even though I am not selling the flat or transferring it to a third party (the registration is being done in my own name only).
Is this 1% charge payable?

Dear All,
This Syed Ghouse, my wife not staying with me from past 5 Months, and iam having 1 kid 2.6 years, she register a complaint in Women's police, regarding Domistic Violence against me and my family Member's, after 2 months know she asking Kula through Qazi. And iam willing to give kula, already so many time explain this is not issue to shortcut our problem. Can I do 2nd marriage, without knowing her. Plz suggest me
