Chargesheet against MRTP ACT 1966 SECTION 52&53

A FIR had been lodged against me by the Municipal Corporation of Navi Mumbai for refurbishing my existing house in 2017. According to NNMC , I have carried illegal construction without permission from them even though I've constructed my house in less the FSI which is permissible. They claim a Notice was sent to me which I never received nor signed & later got a call from Local Police station in July 2017 stating an FIR has been registered against me & i need to visit police station & submit photocopy of property documents to them which I did. Almost a year later last week i.e. 9th August 2018 , i received another notice from the same police station stating that they are proceeding with chargesheet submission at local court & i need to be present there with lawyer. The Police have been less cooperative & have denied to provide any additional info about the scenario. Since I'm new to this all situation, I've no idea whatsoever what is to be done next. What would be the legal procedures & what do i need to do next? Please help!

Bad family & cunning behaviour

How to cancel engagement legally 5 months before marriage ?

Bride's family behave cheap. We have no demands.
We Asked for simple marriage. Engagement over. Simple and cheapest engagement ever seen. Only engagement expense for bride was food and photo. [Not even worth 50k]
We spent [dont want to mention amount] for gold/saree and gave to bride.
Similarly, giving mental pressure to do a cheap marriage as well. We dont want grand marriage, but, they dont discuss with parents about their incapabilities. They tactically say some bits and pieces to me and later inform my parents that i agreed for things, making me Bakra. Bride's family tries to put financial burden on us as well.

On retaliation for above tactics, they complain against us and blaming us. Gives mental pressure.
They can't point out 1 single mistake against us. They say generic statements. No proof.
And Bride's family is cunning & keeping quiet; waiting for us to cancel/take decision. Not willing to talk also.

I'm sure, If I marry her, they will apply for divorce later and demand more money. Spoiling my life.
Please help me on cancelling this engagement.

Divorce case

After 3 years of separation with my wife i had filed a divorce case against my wife. i got divorce decree after 1 year as she did not attend court and became a ex-parte . later she filed high court case to nullify divorce case she won that case ,verdict was given in just 2 months as my lawyer also joined with her after taking huge sum of money from me.

Now judgement is case is disposed in high court and given to family court for fresh hearing. here my time my money is all lost with no results . law always favours women . she dosent want to stay with me and wants me to suffer, but in court she said she does not want divorce

What can i do? i have hard time trusting lawyers .. all lawyers are not bad . but iam kind of stuck should i withdraw case or pursue case. i dont want to waste time and money again.

Parking rights for tenants

I am a member of CHS in Colaba, Mumbai. As I am based in Dubai, I prefer to give the apartment on leave and license.

The society has 11 stilt parking slots which are held in ownership by some Members. There are 29 open parking slots in the compound and 48 members interested in them.

With the passage of time the demand for parking has far outstretched the limited supply and the society introduced a set of rules in 2015, duly approved by the AGM, which discriminated in favour of resident members. According to the rules, the resident members are eligible to the open parking slots followed by family members of resident members followed by non resident members not leasing followed by tenants.

I have a three bedroom apartment which I would like to lease out but that is very difficult due to non-availability of parkking. Currently, some members have 3 parking slots and I am not allotted any. I believe, that all apartments shoul get the first parking before a second parking is alloted to any member.

Question is: is it legal for a CHS to frame parking rules which discriminate between resident members and non-resident members and then get it approved by the AGM?
