Hi, i want to open a pest control Business in Ludhaina. I know that no registration is required. Yet if i am intrested for registration than where should i go. Also tell me how can i open a bank current account as they require Registration.

My father and my brother made a partition ungeistered and signed it. When i Came to know that I haven't got the due share of the property on questioning they gave me 4.5 acres of agricultural land which made share equal. But the property was in the name of My father and the original partition written was not changed to that extent. the elderly people were present and pacified me. After twenty years now my father is against me and got a will registered will in favour my brother son. And now they are trying to get injunction against me. I have sown SSG grass for my dairy animals and if any injuction will paralyse my interests and also livestock will suffer. Can anybody help me what can be done.

If Hon’ble judge turned down the request of the petitioner for filing the Written Arguments and if the party files the same . Is it not the contempt of the court???

Respected sir,
I have to file a Declaration suit for the ownership of excess land in a plot based on the facts written in my registered sale deed. In the said plot four persons have purchased the land and some portion of land have been acquired by the Govt. for a Govt. Girls school. I have the information about the area purchased by the four persons, but I have no information how much land has been acquired by the govt. It's record is there with Govt. Girls school, but they are not showing it to us. Even revenue dept. as well as land acquisition dept. does not have this information. Can I ask this information under RTI from Govt. Girls School that how much land it own in the said plot? Can make other neighbors in the plot as party and ask the court to summon the record/information? Please, suggest.

after anticipatory bail
hello experts...
pls advice me .In connection of a fake case u/s 420 of ipc. my father got anticipatory bail on 8th oct by h'ble high court of chhatisgarh. Now pls tell me when to move for quashing under section 482 , can it be done only after charge sheet is filed and trial starts or before that . Also we are planning to seek regular bail any time after 28th of this month. Pls give me the sequence of steps to be taken.
