one peraon filed an certified copy of judgement passed by revenue court in the civil court suseqwently he obtained a certified copy from certified copy which was filed in civil court what is the evidentary value of that copy can he obtain judgment in his fever?

Hi,
We stay in a house which was registered on both my Father and his brother's name.
They both have equal right to the property.
My Father's brother famaily (Mama / Chittappa)stay in the ground floor and we are staying in the First floor.
We also have second floor which was given for rent.
We do not have good relationship with my Father's brother recently and we used to quarrel each other.
My father decided to sell the propety to outsider so that My father and his brother will get equal share.
But My Father's brother does not want to vaccate or sell the house and they want to divide the floors as a flat system.
My father do not like Flat system since it is a very old house (70 Years Old) and in future we will definitely have quarrel in sharing the common things like water,Electricity etc.,
We want to sell the house to the market rate but my Father's brother want to buy it to the half of the market rate.
They are no way agreeing for a smooth settlement.
Please let me know how to handle this situation.

what is the procedure or rules applicable if Private indian Company gives Loan to foreign Company? How much loan it can give to foreign Company?
what if that foreign company is one of the shareholder of that indian Private Company?

If a case is filed U/s 138 INA in the court
& is registered but suddenly you have to go outside very urgently for a month. At such condition, Will court give time or wait for the complainant to come in the court sothat his statement canbe recorded before sending summon to the party (accused).

If a legal notice is sent to the party through registered post on 15th day (last day ) since the day when cheque is dishonoured & informed by the bank & it reaches to the party on 16th or 17th day.
WILL IT BE ACCEPTED BY THE COURT AS A LEGAL NOTICE GIVEN WITHIN TIME PRESCRIBED FOR SENDING NOTICE OR INVALID NOTICE ?

Hi,
Due to certain(financial)circumstances my father through Registered sale deed House property was kept on my mothers Elder brother name.Recently father expired with out writing any 'Will'.My mothers Elder brother has executed gift deed the House property back to my mother
(now as ITS NOT AN ANSCENTORS PROPERTY).
MY MOTHER WANTS TO GIFT THE SAME TO ME SON.
and some amount of cash to my sister.
what is the implication in future
1)Is MY SISTER WILL HAVE ANY RIGHTS ON THE HOUSE PROPERTY IS SHE HAS TO sign on any documents /RELINQUESH HER RIGHTS ON THE PROPERTY.
2)Gift OR will WHICH ONE IS BEST OPTION.
