Sir,
I owned a enfield bullet motorcycle.I sold it to one person, who said me to sign in form that will transfer ownership to him,But he did not do it and as a result the vechile is still in my name.
Now the vechile registration period is expired, insurance also expired and the person who bought it doesnot do anything in this regards to renew it,thought iam taking the initiative.
So,sir is there any way, by a legal agreement on a stamp paper declaring i have sold my vechile to hime and in future i will be freed of any or all obligations. Please give an appropriate advice.Thank you

As per Service regulations, the privilege leave accumulated are paid at the time of superannuation. On resignation, the leave are not encashed.

Dear friends,
Some judicial officer hear cases and reserve the Judgement or order, but do not pronounce the order / Judgement within a reasonable time. It is noticed that some officers suo motu reopen the cases, note the docket as heard and again reserve the matter for Orders.
In some cases, for want of orders in time, the parties suffer heavy and irreparable loss.
I invite your expert comments on how to effectively face the situation within the parameters of law and without resorting to any questionable methods.
Brothers kindly note that I am not expecting suggestions like complain to High Court etc.
If there is a contract performed by two parties regarding sell of goods at certained quality and as per the agreed prise. the buye handedover a cheque for the same at full payment in advance.
Now the saller delivered the goods in infirior quality.
In there agreemnt the saler is agreed to deposit the cheque only after delivery of the goods.
on delivery the buyer called the bank for stop-payment regarding the cheque handed over to the saler, by giving the ssaid cheque number.
at the same time he also inform the saler not to deposit the said cheque in the bank on the reason that the goods is not as per the sample quality.
dispite of that the saller deposit the same cheque in bank for payment of that.
the cheque is returned on the endorsement of stopped payment..
ON this the saller filed a suit in court.
Q1. can he has right?
2. what are the remedies for the buyer?
3. any extra suggestion both the side for saller and the buyer side.....
